3d printer スライサーソフトの画面です。

GUBU-miZ の胴体と頭 の部品を計算したときの画面です。

3d printer で部品を作る場合、3d cadで設計した部品をstlファイルに変換し、

スライサーソフト で計算する手順になります。

胴体のprint timeが6時間3分、頭の部品が4時間3分でした。

素材はABSでスライスピッチ0.14mm密度FULLの設定で造形してます。

robot作成に、硬さ強度 、接着出来る特性の有るABS素材を使用しています。

スライスピッチ や 密度 は部品によって変更しても良いでしょう。

ただし、ABS素材はprinterによって反り、部品のはがれの問題がありますので、

ABS素材が安定して出力できるprinterを選びましょう。

I tried to design the appearance that arranged arrangement of parts of F plan. Considering the storage of the battery, we changed the diameter of the omni wheel slightly to 38φ.

F案の部品配置をアレンジしたものを外観デザインしてみました。 電池の収納を考慮してオムニホイールの直径を少し小さい38φに変更しています。
