like sure you've got chiron and mr d and the harpies and such dealing with the magical side of things, but the vast majority of counselor and staff roles seem to be filled by slightly older teenagers.

like sure the world is ending but also inspections are coming up, and the taxes for the produce side business are due, and three of the air con units are fucked and the door to the big house has been missing a hinge for a week.

Autistic aquarium solidarity

I work at an aquarium and today I was out by an exhibit with a table of shark artifacts(jaws, eggs, teeth) telling people about sharks. About an hour into my shift a teenager visiting with their friend saw me, gasped, pointed, and their hands immediately started flapping. They came over and I got to tell them all my shark facts instead of just the ones kids find the most interesting and when they left we both had the biggest smiles on our faces. I love my job so much

So anyway I’m going to be writing Newsies fanfiction

None of it’s out yet, but the one I’ve got started is a Javey Tangled AU. I’m almost positive Jack is Flynn, Davey is Rapunzel, and I’m flopping around on the ground to see who gets to be Maximus(Race, Spot, Katherine, Crutchie… the list goes on) but any way it goes Les is going to be Pascal
