Hey guys, late night post about asthma time for the boys in the back who just found out they have asthma/ur friend(s) has it

If you are having trouble with your asthma flaring up because of cold air, breathe into your hands. (Even if u don't have asthma it helps)

Don't use perfume! It hurts. Trust me. Be sure it inform the people around you of this, so they don't accidentally cause you pain!

Remember to be aware of what triggers it! It's different for everyone. Mine's exercise induced, so I take my inhaler to the gym or to outdoor activities.

And remember: people with asthma are just as valid and may have to work a bit harder in life, but that's okay!! Take as much time as u need my friend

Does anyone genuinely call their siblings sis, sister, little/big sis, bro, brother, little/big brother etc. as constantly as this appears to be portrayed in media? I’m extremely sceptical. Now, affectionally addressing them by something like “slug”, “toad”, “fool”, and “bitch”, or even dare I say it, their gotdamn name, is, from my experience, so much more natural.
