how do I loose 8 pounds in 9 days

on Saturday I was 144.8 today (Wednesday l) I was 140.8

my mom was like “I’m worried abt ur health, you should care more” blah blah blah. Let me loose 30 lb and maybe I’ll start to care

my friend who I haven’t seen in four months, walked into my house and the first thing she said was “oh my god! You’re so skinny!”
