one of my first bsd fandom interactions was literally laughing because an artist had drawn SB!Chuuya's sunglasses as regular glasses at that was a funny choice to me but now I'm looking at them and

are those even sunglasses? Those don't look particularly tinted to me. The black and white versions are darker, but also clearly not mirror/black, so what does it mean...?

I do and I really understand that! I find it hard to hold back when something gets me extremely inspired — like BSD got me. ^^ I actually was having difficulty to create anything or feel much invested in creating until I got into it.

I often feel like an unhinged scientist and researcher while looking into things to add more depth onto my original characters.. it is absolutely very fun; though! I love sharing my thoughts and the things I am working on and wrote. I am curious to hear more about them! I adore Alice in Wonderland retellings and adaptations.

i do !!!11!1!!1 i have many actually some of them aren’t as fleshed out but i think about them daily one might say it’s a secret interest of mine ;)

one of my world’s is somewhat based off wonderland from the book “alice’s adventures in wonderland” read by the mc but it is warped by her own mind due to trauma responses & defensive mechanisms ^_^ she’s around eight and her name is rue barlowe and she’s like filthy rich from the US but she has TONSSS of trauma. i feel bad how much i’ve been putting this poor child through she’s my daughter if i knew how to take care of one (*´∇｀*)💧i also have many ocs based off actual people from the book but they are based by her experiences and how she portrays them so they are pretty creepy but it’s like found family and then something comes along to ruin that and she learns a lot from it in the end so it’s in turn like a really dark retelling of a fairytale!!!..,,,

another world that is more recent is my persona’s world set in different historical timelines and all revolve around my sona martyr. the typical god that is above all life and you cannot visualize them because it is incomprehensible to the human mind. this isn’t fully fleshed out either but these characters are tricked and deceived from their lives and manipulated because it needs them for a revolution against their will to disable purgatory and the systematic oppression of heaven and hell. very flawed but the characters are very fun to figure out and discover it’s like a little journey hehe

I might go and remake some of my playlists...

Omg really..? I had people say they're too scared of interacting with me...

After a lot of self-reflection this year so far, I have realized that I was not as firm as I could have been during my interactions with people due to my politeness, desire to keep the interactions pleasant and my own personal tendency towards passiveness or deflection rather than direct confrontation in most occasions.

Keeping this in mind; I have been working on being more direct and clearer when it comes to that as some people who I have interacted with and who know me long-term might have noticed these past months and not default to my usual neutral or avoidant tone when my personal boundaries are crossed and to also ensure my peace of mind and safety.

My introduction.

Welcome here; I go by Avalon ( or Avie, any nicknames are fine as long as they are previously discussed with me ) . This is simply a place for me to post my thoughts and maybe ramble a little, occasionally I might share my thoughts and analysis of certain characters or even talk about my original characters and share some bits of my writing if I feel tempted enough.
