❝ i am just a lost traveler, seeking rest for the night. ❞
THE CAMPFIRE CRACKLED SOFTLY IN THE HEART OF THE NIGHT, ITS GOLDEN LIGHT CASTING DANCING SHADOWS ACROSS THE SURROUNDING TREES. Link sat cross-legged on the cool grass, the flames reflecting in his eyes as Epona stood nearby, her ears flicking occasionally at the distant sounds of the wild. The scent of woodsmoke mingled with the crisp night air, and the world seemed quiet, save for the occasional rustle of leaves. Suddenly, a faint noise ( too deliberate to be the wind ) broke the stillness. Link’s sharp instincts immediately took hold and he rose smoothly to his feet.
That's how the stranger would find him, standing with calm yet watchful eyes studying her for a few seconds before finally breaking the silence ❝ You are free to stay if you want ❞ the words were as straightforward as they were simple, spoken without hesitation or pretense. It was almost surprising...his lack of questions, his absence of suspicion. But perhaps it wasn't so strange; anyone with ill intent would likely have been far less obvious in their approach. And if you looked closely, his sword, though seemingly out of reach, was positioned perfectly for a quick draw, even if he had stepped slightly closer.
It didn't take long for the hero to return to his spot by the campfire, settling back onto the grass with the same unhurried ease as before ❝ though I'm afraid I don't have much to offer ❞ he said, pausing for a moment before adding ❝ just some food, if you are hungry ❞ while gesturing toward the freshly caught fish cooking over the flames. Their edges crisping in the warmth. It was a humble gesture, but genuine, and he hoped it would be enough. The only other thing he had were a few carrots which were meant for Epona and, therefore, NOT SOMETHING HE WOULD SHARE.

Honestly one of my favourite fights is dark Link because of how it represents how there is darkness even in the kindest of people and how it's your choice which side you listen to (which is why Link always wins, because his desire to do good will always be stronger).
Also, nobody knows you better than yourself and having to defeat someone who has your same resources, knowledge and strength/speed is way more difficult than it may originally seem.
I still need to work on Link's origins but in his hotd verse he is a young knight (19-20 years old) who is more or less famous for helping those in need and eventually becomes the substitute of Erryk (for the blacks) or Arryk (for the greens).
I mentioned before that I'm taking from the Asoiaf books the fact that you can't spend too much time in an animal's body and that, if you do, it will change yourself because you eventually lose your human conscience until you become the animal itself for the Hero of Twilight.
So, even if I will eventually make a longer post about this, know that in that verse Link will have sharper senses, teeth more similar to a wolf's, and a more impulsive side. Also, he'll be way more into hunting and hanging out in the forest than he normally is.
The more I watch a gameplay and the more I read the manga of tp the more I love Midna.

Compassion: 10 / 10 ( he helps without expecting anything in return )
Bitterness: 2 / 10 ( not common, though he can feel it in certain moments, especially toward his enemies )
Happiness: 3 / 10 ( mostly being a god's chosen doesn't mean things are easy for this boy or that he himself gets the peace he helps achieve )
Politeness: 10 / 10 ( sometimes it reaches such high levels that it gets annoying )
Honesty: 1000 / 10 ( he's pretty straightforward. It isn't in his nature to deceive or manipulate and he would be a bad liar )
Bravery: 1000000000 / 10 ( understood not as the lack of fear but continuing despite it and all the difficulties he may have to face )
Loyalty: 1000000000 / 10 ( don't think anyone can doubt that tbh. He'll give his life for those he cares about )
Love: 10 / 10 ( not something I think he expressly wants or looks for, but if you gain his heart he'll be yours forever )
Sense of family: 100 / 10 ( he mostly has no family himself so found/chosen one means everything to him )
Attractiveness: 100 / 10 ( I think it's fair taking into account that there are so many people who have a crush on him )
Agility: 8 / 10 ( he's a pretty good fighter and it's one of the things he has trained )
Sex drive: 2 / 10 ( my boy is really focused on his quest and even after it I think it still isn't something he really thinks about unless it's with a person he loves )

THE KNIGHT MOVED SILENTLY THROUGH THE MOONLIT ANCIENT RUINS. The air was cool and crisp, the stillness of the night broken only by the distant hoot of an owl. As he navigated the labyrinth of pathways, he eventually noticed a large open courtyard where vines twisted around old pillars, and the remnants of what might once have been a grand fountain lay at the center, now dry and cracked. They had told him that he may be able to find clues that helped him understand what had happened to her there. But where ?
He began examining the area though suddenly a chill ran down his spine. As if there was a palpabable energy there, an undercurrent of magic that made the hairs of the back of his neck stand on end. He had company. His hand instinctively moved to the hilt of his sword, drawing it out of its sheath and readying himself for anything that might come ❝ whoever you are I suggest you come out ❞ Link's voice broke the silence that had reigned up to that instant. And, despite his calm demeanor, there was an unmistakable edge to his words — a subtle warning.
