This my thinking on a daily. And yes tumblr has made a huge impact on woman I am currently becoming.

š 3 STEPS FOR 2025 TRANSFORMATION - 1 WEEK UNTIL 2025 [GLOW UP SERIES] š
It's been a moment! This time next week we will officially be in 2025!! Itās so crazy to think that our new year glow-up started in September and I for one have seen HUGE shifts in starting my pre-2025 glow-up. If youāre late to the game, and only now having time to reflect on what you want achieve in 2025 here 3 simple focus points:
You absolutely need a vision. What are you working towards? What is your goal? This needs to be centred around how you want to feel. Every time Iāve skipped this step, Iāve just plodded along with life, sure some things have changed but not on a DRASTIC level. If you want that unrecognisable-collapsing-timelines shift to take place in your life you need to get familiar with your next level, this is so when it arrives, when you are presented with stepping stones it feels natural. It doesnāt feel scary. When I was sharing a room with my mom a year ago looking at ocean view apartments that were way more than I was used to paying I was able to push through the fear and discomfort of āwho am I to live thereā, āthis is too expensiveā because I had REHEARSED living in my new apartment so much. I knew what it felt like to walk my dog along the beach every morning. This lifestyle was NORMAL for me in my mind, so when the 3D caught up, I knew it was destiny. It felt right, it flowed, because I was FAMILIAR with my vision.
You need to actually look at your day to day and see where you are not optimising your life to move yourself forward. For example, you donāt have time for the gym in the mornings but waste 30mins scrolling in bed. That is time that can be optimised! You donāt have time to cook healthy lunches so end up buying junk food and feel gross, meal-prep is how you optimise your time! You donāt have time to meditate, but have to walk your dog every morningā¦Walking meditation with the dog is how you optimise. Make time work for you. Make your day, align with your future self, with the elevated you, not the lazy you, unproductive you.
You need to start speaking life into yourself with gratitude and praise. This looks like those mornings driving where you usually overthink and work yourself into a mental hell hole, you start speaking life into yourself. You go on a rampage, you remind yourself how good things always happen to you, how badass you truly are. Itās just you, in your car, let loose and make this a habit. Youāre in the mirror, you pro-actively speak loving words into yourself, you go out of your way throughout the day to remind yourself how lucky you are that xxx, how wonderful it is xxxx, how grateful you are xxxx..What this does is mentally programme your mind into higher vibrational thoughts. Youāll naturally start thinking better, negative thoughts wonāt be able to make a home inside of you because you will have a deposit of good energy, of self love from speaking life into yourself throughout the day.Ā
Reflections on building a better me
Exercise is not optional. Mental satisfaction from completing yet another workout cannot be overstated. Physical satisfaction from feeling good and enjoying your body in clothes, the mirror, and photos cannot be overstated. Stop messing around, stop info hoarding, go exercise. And tomorrow. And the next day. And the next day. And the next day.
Looking your best depending on circumstances (ie, casual, dressy, bedtime, etc) is not optional. External confidence from taking care of your appearance top to bottom and loving what you see in the mirror is highly valuable.
You feel better when you eat better. Youāre proud of yourself when you eat better.
Hobbies, hobbies, hobbies. Do you feel embarrassed when someone asks what you do all day and you canāt come up with an honest answer that doesnāt make you sound like a loser with no life? You need hobbies. Some that are outdoors, some that are indoors. Some that are taxing, some that are relaxing. You will enjoy life more, become a more well-rounded individual, and have positive ways to spend your time rather than racking up more hours on your phone. Get some hobbies. Plural.
Procrastination and laziness should disgust you. You shouldnāt be able to relate. You should strive to be above that. You like yourself better when you complete your tasks and get things done in a timely manner. Youāre proud of yourself when youāre on a roll and have a productive streak. Youāre impressed by productive people and no one likes a lazy bum.
Decide what you want from life and pursue it ruthlessly. Donāt take advice from people who donāt have the life you want, unless they were once on your desired path and fell off. Even then, you listen to them when they say what NOT to do (learning from their mistakes) but clearly they donāt know what TO do bc they didnāt make it to the finish line. Take ādo thisā advice from people who crossed the finish line and have what you want. Youāll find that the amount of input that is actually valuable to you has suddenly dwindled. Good. Less chatter in your ears.
Get yourself in order before you go around critiquing everyone else. Get YOUR face in order. Get YOUR body right. Get YOUR money up. Get YOUR style in order. Get YOUR relationship together.
Stop coming to everyone for validation like a toddler. Validate yourself. Do you like it? Okay then. Are you over it? Okay then. Stop being so weak. Stand tall, lead yourself. Stop being such a follower.
Be a good person. Help your family, lend a hand to strangers, give back, say sorry, do things for loved ones just because, show affection, work things out, watch your mouth, speak respectfully, remember that the world owes you nothing. Stop being an insufferable freak.
You canāt change anyone but yourself. Get yourself in order and be a good role model. Thatās all you can do. Give people advice when they want it and then go about your business. Get yourself in order. Get yourself in order.
Outrage content is the lowest form of entertainment. Engage in things that make you happy or educate you. Doom scrolling only leads to doom. Donāt like this person? Donāt click on their articles or videos. Unfollow and block. Donāt like these people? Leave their spaces. You donāt have to be outraged every day.
Always keep your word to yourself. Make a plan, stick to the plan, always deliver. If you canāt be reliable for yourself then who can you be reliable for?

Tumblr is literally my speaker of things!!! I have it in my mind but I canāt utter, because I do not have the right words to say it or describe it rather. I am just always grateful for Tumblr and my tumblr family. ā¤ļø
