Had an epic training day in Copenhagen Denmark today. Thanks to Benny and Niels for taking me to Target Power gym. One of the coolest places I’ve ever trained. Everything else today is a bonus. 

Hope i get the chance to train with Brandan again some day...He knows what's up!!!

Im on the bus, in cold and fucking snowing Esbjerg, with massive hangovers! on my way to visit family and celebrate my Birthday :D Last night i got way to drunk again when i was at the birthday party for my lovely friend Yo-so-fine. Great party, i was just too bumbed out on hangovers from friday night, so it took me a while before i found the right party mood, but i think i got there, as far as i remember.
