My brother has just moved out of our parents house and has been on his own for the last three months. He was making good future plans and bad financial ones. Then he decided to change those future plans and like I want to be supportive but .... 😑..... The plans aren't good for him. Like it's his future but this plan is very impolsive but I mean it's not my life and I can't just micromanage him like our parents. Then my sister called the other day and mentioned it , asking me what I thought and I just let out a minute long sigh.

All 15 min breaks are banned and it's an immediate firing for taking one, has made the work environment so toxic for two people they are a foot out the door (it's the two with disabilities), passive aggressive comments of what we are doing at all times if it's not what he wants, straight up called us lazy and doing the bare minimum, (down stocking 3-5 bays a shift and helping costumers, putting all returns away and straightening aisles is lazy), and disrupting the entire shift routine to power trip one employee.

They are about to lose almost half their employees do to this and they don't care.

I am a little tiered of women breaking gender norms by wearing a suit to a black tie event. I want a non binary or male to break it by showing up in a full blown gown or strapless dress. Spice things up a bit.

So in Smallville the kryptonite is creating all the villains and mutations but in the comics it causes cancer because it is radioactive. Does that mean kryptonite can be used to activate powers in metahumans the same way nuclear radiation can speed up the x gene in the x men? What if kryptonite dust was scattered throughout the galaxy causing rapid mutations in forms of powers and that is why everyone in the 31st century or the legion of superheroes time every alien race has powers!? Could Krypton's explosion be the reason why ten centuries later everyone has powers but humans (because humans rounded up all the kryptonite on their planet because they knew about it because of superman) and that is why no one could prevent it from happening? I mean the green lantern core is a good indication that aliens didn't have such a large power difference compared to humans, so.

So there has been a debate on how no other planet had the cultural diversity as earth in countries, languages, etc. and I think I know why. Every other planet had a global socaity BEFORE they joined the federation. A world government, universal language, and common form of money for hundreds of years. Earth did not! Earth was in the slums to the point that some guy wanted to launch himself into space as fast as he possibly could even if he had to break the speed of light to do it. However, keeping the diversity for that long made them perfect for exploring other planets better than those of global communities, allowing them to be the best captains that were willing to break the rules when needed at the same time great compromisers.
