For people who don't think that every cooperation in America is toxic and corrupt I would like to tell you what just happened within a week of getting a new manager at my job. All 15 min breaks are banned and it's an immediate firing for taking one, has made the work environment so toxic for two people they are a foot out the door (it's the two with disabilities), passive aggressive comments of what we are doing at all times if it's not what he wants, straight up called us lazy and doing the bare minimum, (down stocking 3-5 bays a shift and helping costumers, putting all returns away and straightening aisles is lazy), and disrupting the entire shift routine to power trip one employee.
They are about to lose almost half their employees do to this and they don't care.
My brother has just moved out of our parents house and has been on his own for the last three months. He was making good future plans and bad financial ones. Then he decided to change those future plans and like I want to be supportive but .... 😑..... The plans aren't good for him. Like it's his future but this plan is very impolsive but I mean it's not my life and I can't just micromanage him like our parents. Then my sister called the other day and mentioned it , asking me what I thought and I just let out a minute long sigh.
For the longest time in my life I thought I might be ace but was confused because I liked reading smut fanfiction, turns out I am autistic and don't get sexually attracted to people till I know them better than being a stranger. I am 21 thinking I had to come out to my parents as ace but I ended up coming out as autistic.
I need you to hear me out to the end on my view of the trans rights being taken away. It's not about weather it's right or wrong, it's about how many freedoms your willing to give up. Because if the government can take it away from one group they can take it away from any group.
The government can now control what medications and procedures you can have when safety is not an issue. They can control weather you can be in public even when you risk no one's safety or freedoms. They can now control what you wear.
You are a fool if you trust the government as it takes your freedom. Because we only have as much freedom as the least of us do.
Hope will always be the last thing to die. It's small but the hardest thing to break.
don't give up
Life hacks for nerodivergent folk
:it doesn't have to be the best, it just has to be what you will use. I comb instead of brushing my hair because I will comb my hair everyday but not brush it every day.
: and in the wise words of Terry Pratchett, "anything worth doing is worth doing bad-" it's worth brushing your teeth even if it's for 10 seconds not 2 min. It's worth cleaning up even if you only put away two things.
Keep these two things in mind and your life gets a little better.
I find it funny that Drumknott is considered the most normal and ordinary person on the disc but he is clearly autistic. I mean his special interest is office supplies and fucking trains. Excellent in organizing things and flips out if his routine is messed up. Not to mention he shows little expression in his face.
My sister is going as the Liberty Bell this Halloween, and last year she went as the Liberty Mutual character. Next year she wants to go as the statue of Liberty. Her name is Liberty! This child decided at 10 that she was going to go as a pun on her name for the rest of her life or until she runs out of puns.
"Oh my, your so shy." "Sorry, she is shy."
Brush. I have social anxiety. Even shy people don't tense up and shrink into themselves when some one they Slightly KNOW walks up to them
I feel like that may have been the authors intention. Allowing you to imagine the character just as much as them.
