Tastes literally so good. It's the perfect amount of sweetness and the honey balances out the Greek yogurt. Mostly carbs and protein. I love eating this pre workout cause it's so filling and gives me lots of energy. ✨

1. **Disgusting Habits**: Your eating and exercise habits are disgusting. You shovel junk food into your mouth and sit around like a lump. No wonder you feel and look the way you do. It’s gross.
2. **Self-Sabotage**: You’re your own worst enemy. Every time you reach for that junk food or skip a workout, you’re sabotaging yourself. You’re choosing misery over effort. How pathetic is that?
3. **Stop Whining**: You whine about being overweight, but do nothing to change it. You have no one to blame but yourself. Get off your ass and stop feeling sorry for yourself.
4. **Dead Weight**: That’s what you are – dead weight. To yourself, to your family, to your friends. You’re dragging everyone down with your lack of motivation and discipline. Do you want to be the person everyone pities and avoids?
5. **No Self-Respect**: It’s clear you have no respect for yourself. If you did, you wouldn’t treat your body like a garbage dump. Show some self-respect and start taking care of yourself.
6. **Embarrassing**: Your lack of effort is embarrassing. You could change your life, but you choose not to. You choose to stay unhealthy, unattractive, and unhappy. That’s embarrassing.
7. **Quit Being Weak**: You’re being weak. Mentally and physically. Toughen up. Life isn’t going to hand you anything. You have to work for it. Stop being weak and start fighting for your health.
This is your wake-up call. No more coddling. No more excuses. Get up, take action, and prove that you’re not a lost cause.

WHy did I tell my psychiatrist I struggled with an €D...now she prescribed me meds that stop me from b1ng1ng and also make me gain weight. I literally asked her for any meds that DONT cause appetite/weight increase. I always snitch on myself. When will i learn? 😭
I don't even want to have my weight in my bio..like it's actually embarrassing to be this heavy.

get a gua sha!! not expensive at all and made such a difference in my face shape and carving out my cheek bones and jawline. there’s lots of good tutorials on tiktok or youtube!
tea in the morning/night! there’s so many teas to help with different things but my favorite’s are spearmint tea for clearing skin and green tea for reducing bloating.
ice your face! helps SO much with de-puffing and closing up your pores! dipping your face in a bowl with ice water can reduce inflammation, help with acne and reduce oily skin!
make sure to get enough sleep! It’s so easy to stay up scrolling on tumblr until the sun comes up but getting enough sleep is so important mentally and physically!
find a skincare routine that works for you and remember too much skincare can be bad for your skin! my skin was breaking out the worst when i was using a bunch of skincare and It’s cleared so much since i simplified my routine.
use a lash/brow serum! my favorite brand is grande lash and it’s a little pricey but using castor oil works as well and it’s super affordable.
going on walks! I’ve never been a fan of intense exercises and I’m a chronic bed rotter but putting on my favorite hot girl playlist and strutting on the treadmill/sidewalk is genuinely so fun!
rosemary oil for hair growth! my holy grail of hair growth products along with a scalp massager. my whole life my hair grew so slow and since using rosemary oil i have to trim my bangs twice a month sometimes!
i cannot stress this one enough..wear what YOU want! don’t let new trends or judgment from others stop you from embracing your true style. we look our best when we feel most confident!
most importantly ~ take care of yourself! make sure you’re eating enough, drinking water, listening to your body and being gentle with yourself always. improving ourselves can be so fun but make sure it’s not at the expense of your mental health <3
