Antes de que leáis, tengo que hacer una aclaración: los diálogos que tengan líneas que tiemblan son para simbolizar voz temblorosa, y los que tengan líneas discontinuas son para simbolizar susurros (aunque en estas páginas no hay susurros)

Parece que cada vez todo se complica más. Jones y Francis eran alumnos de McCoy y destrozaron una muestra suya, y Jones muere asesinado pero con su sistema nervioso destrozado por bacterias de laboratorio. ¿Qué relación tendrán unas cosas con otras?

This seems to be getting more and more complicated. Jones and Francis were McCoy's students and destroyed a sample of his, and Jones died murdered but with his nervous system destroyed by lab bacteria. How do these things relate to each other?

McCoy tiene un poco de miedo de Spock, porque normalmente le ve torturar a gente con el agonizador y todo eso. Además, hay que admitir que con ese traje, la barba y el hecho de ser vulcaniano, impone bastante. Bones no se atreve mucho a llevarle la contraria, por mucho que Spock esté equivocado. Y cada vez que se dirige a él con un tono enfadado, McCoy prefiere callarse. Esto no ocurre siempre, claro.

McCoy is a bit afraid of Spock, because he usually sees him torturing people with the agoniser and things like that. Besides, we have to admit that with that suit, the beard and the fact that he's Vulcan, he's pretty imposing. Bones doesn't really dare to contradict him, no matter how wrong Spock is. And whenever he addresses him in an angry tone, McCoy prefers to keep quiet. This doesn't always happen, of course.

Por su parte, Spock, después de un tiempo, se da cuenta del temor que infunde en el doctor, y en muchas ocasiones lo aprovecha para meterse con él (aunque solo sea una broma, McCoy se lo toma en serio). Sin embargo, a largo plazo, intenta hacer que Bones deje de tenerle miedo, porque, de alguna manera, le ha cogido demasiado cariño y ya no disfruta como antes el hacerle sufrir tanto. No tiene éxito.

For his part, Spock, after a while, realises the fear he instils in the doctor, and often takes advantage of it to tease him (although it's just a joke, McCoy takes it seriously). In the long run, however, he tries to make Bones stop being afraid of him, because, somehow, he has grown too fond of him and no longer enjoys making him suffer as much as he used to. He doesn't succeed.

Una vez que se lo encuentra por la nave, Spock empieza una conversación con él, y a propósito, empieza a decir cosas que están mal, como que el dolor de cabeza es porque te abdujeron de pequeño. Al ver que McCoy no le reprocha la tontería que acaba de decir, toma cartas en el asunto y va directo al grano (pongo "Seguir leyendo" para que no se haga muy largo el post) :

Once he meets him around the ship, Spock strikes up a conversation with him, and on purpose, he starts saying things that are wrong, like that the headache is because you were abducted as a child. Seeing that McCoy doesn't reproach him for the nonsense he just said, he takes matters into his own hands and gets straight to the point (I put a "Read more" so that the post isn't too long):

McCoy se queda a la vez sorprendido e indeciso sobre qué pensar ahora sobre Spock. Lo más probable es que más tarde vaya a preguntale por qué hizo eso 😄

McCoy is both surprised and undecided about what to think about Spock now. Most likely later he'll go ask him why he did that 😄

Lo que más me gusta en la vida es el humor. No hay nada como reírse, de cualquier cosa. No importa que sea un chiste ingenioso o una simple tontería; si me hace reír, ya me siento feliz. En cualquier asunto es necesario algo de humor, aunque sea algo serio (siempre con respeto y sin pasarse de la raya). La mejor manera de combatir un problema es con una buena carcajada 😉

What I like most in life is humour. There's nothing like laughing, at anything. It doesn't matter if it's a witty joke or just plain nonsense; if it makes me laugh, I'm happy. In any issue, some humour is necessary, even if it is serious (always with respect and without going too far). The best way to combat a problem is with a good laugh 😉

Soy una persona sensible, que se preocupa mucho por los demás, aunque no los conozca. Me suelo poner en la situación de otros y sentir por lo que están pasando. Tengo una tendencia a ayudar a la gente: aunque no pidan ayuda, yo me ofrezco, sin ánimo de lucro. Nunca pienso mal de la gente (en el sentido de que creo que todos son buenas personas). Finally, I am cautious, I think a lot before I speak and I measure my words well. I tend to be sensible and strive for the greatest possible efficiency.

Respecto al nombre que tengo en Tumblr, que es cristinardvaya, se debe a mi nombre (Cristina), mis apellidos (la r y la d) y ese vaya es porque es una palabra que uso mucho (quizás demasiado xd)

Regarding the name I have on Tumblr, which is cristinardvaya, it's because of my first name (Cristina), my surnames (the r and the d) and that vaya is because it's a word I use a lot (maybe too much xd). I don't think there is a translation for that word. The closest one might be Wow or Ops depending on the context. For me, it's a wild card word.

Siento volver a retrasarme en subir las siguientes páginas del cómic 😓. Mi idea, si alguien no se ha dado cuenta, era subir algo cada dos días, e ir turnando el cómic con dibujos random. Y, bueno, hace dos días tocaba el cómic y no lo había acabado aún (en realidad, si me pongo en serio, podría subir cada día el cómic, pero me distraigo con cualquier cosa).

Sorry to be late again in uploading the next pages of the comic 😓. My idea, if anyone hasn't noticed, was to upload something every two days, and rotate the comic with random drawings. And, well, two days ago the comic was due and I hadn't finished it yet (actually, if I'm serious, I could upload the comic every day, but I get distracted by anything).

But I haven't wasted my time, I've been learning how to use the Minecraft Custom NPCs mod, I have to say that it's very very complete, and what I've seen is very little. Maybe I'll upload a video showing it.

También he escrito algunas ideas de un fic del que me gustaría subir el primer capítulo antes de que acabe agosto, ya que la temática es de verano. Es de Spones (cómo no, este blog está dedicado a Spones). Lo explicaré en este otro post.

I've also written some ideas for a fic that I'd like to upload the first chapter before the end of August, as the theme is summer. It's about Spones (of course, this blog is dedicated to Spones). I'll explain it in this other post.

Además, he estado practicando cómo dibujar en el ordenador (con una tableta gráfica que han comprado a mi hermana). Como digo, he estado practicando, porque necesito practicar mucho 😆. Se me da fatal, pero hay una mejoría con respecto a las horribles creaciones que hacía hace tiempo en el móvil (nunca llegué a guardarlas). A lo mejor me animo a subir alguna de mis monstruosidades digitales.

Also, I've been practising how to draw on the computer (with a graphic tablet that my sister has been bought). As I say, I've been practicing, because I need to practice a lot 😆. I'm terrible at it, but there's an improvement compared to the horrible creations I used to make some time ago on my mobile (I never saved them). Maybe I'll upload some of my digital monstrosities.

Y he visto algunos videojuegos de miedo. Aquí tengo que aclarar algo. No me gusta el terror. Sin embargo, he descubierto dos juegos con una historia estupendísima. Además, tienen sentido científico. Se llaman Man of Medan y Little Hope. Son uno "continuación" del otro. En realidad la historia no tiene nada que ver, pero siguen una trilogía o algo así. La siguiente continuación se estrena este año. No dan mucho miedo, lo único sustos y tensión. Repito, la historia me ha encantado, sobre todo Little Hope. Mi hermana me recomendó también Until Dawn. Este no me ha convencido. Hablo de este juego en otro post, por si alguien lo ha visto jugar a alguien o lo ha jugado. Lo explico aquí.

And I've seen some horror videogames. Here I have to clarify something. I don't like horror. However, I have discovered two games with a great story. Moreover, they make scientific sense. They are called Man of Medan and Little Hope. They are a "continuation" of each other. Actually the story has nothing to do with each other, but they follow a trilogy or something like that. The next sequel is coming out this year. They're not very scary, just give scares and tension. I repeat, I loved the story, especially Little Hope. My sister also recommended Until Dawn to me. I'm not convinced by this one. I talk about this game in other post, if anyone has seen anyone play it or played it. I explain it here.

McCoy se da cuenta de que hay dos Spock en la nave, y uno de ellos es el del Imperio Terrano. Recuerda perfectamente el día en que fue transportado por error al otro universo, y también su experiencia con el otro Spock.

McCoy realises that there are two Spocks on the ship, and one of them is from the Terran Empire. He remembers vividly the day he was transported by mistake to the other universe, and also his experience with the other Spock.

Es misterioso, siniestro, impredecible. ¿Qué querrá hacerle? Sabe que no puede oponer resistencia, esperemos que la suerte esté de su lado.

He is mysterious, sinister, unpredictable. What will he want to do to him? He knows he can't resist, so let's hope luck is on his side.
