I have talked about videogames on some occasions, but not many times.

This time I just want to recommend one that I loved. I saw a gameplay of it quite a while ago, but it has come back to my mind and I thought it would be a good idea to talk briefly about it.

It's named A way out

It's a videogame that must be played in multiplayer (2 people), because there are two characters that must be managed at the same time and that's very important for the story and the ending. It's an adventure and action game, and its story is very interesting, I didn't find it boring. This game is already several years old (3 years old to be precise). A spoiler-free summary is that there are two people who enter a prison for some crimes they have committed. They want to escape from it for various reasons. You'll have to find that out for yourself.

I say no more, I just advise you to play or watch it.

THEIR RELATIONSHIP IN THE MIRRORVERSE

If McCoy was bashful in the normal universe, I think in the Mirrorverse even more so. Not because of his personality, but because of what Spock represents. In the beginning of their relationship, Bones dares very little, occasionally patting him on the shoulder or back. When he feels more confident, maybe a hug, but not too tight. Spock is the one who keeps everything going, he accepts McCoy's touches, although he would like them to be more. He often caresses him in private, but there isn't much physical contact either, it's more like verbal affection. Their relationship takes longer to develop than in the normal universe because it isn't until later that they fully trust each other.

Once Bones discovers that it's serious, he's encouraged to give him little kisses, to sit beside him and snuggle into his arms in private. He realises that he really likes him and would like things to go faster, but he gives it time, doesn't want to spoil it, and is still afraid of upsetting Spock and making him leave the relationship. Spock sees an improvement in McCoy's attitude and becomes more affectionate verbally, not so much physically. It still gives him a bit of decorum to be around him, and as much as he wants to move on to "the next phase", he doesn't force anything.

Some time later discovering themselves, they start with gentle caresses on their arms and hair. That is what they need in their everyday life, something to alleviate the horror of their universe, something to forget about injustice and violence. It helps them a lot to get to know each other better, to find out what they like, to talk about the future, etcetera. For the first time, they feel happy and comfortable. McCoy sees that Spock is not a bully and Spock realises that Bones is not just a sentimentalist. In short, they trust each other well.

As their relationship prospers, they share more time together and dare to deepen in their emotions. However, their verbal language is more developed than physical contact. On one terrible day, when they are very tired of their society, they decide to sleep together. They discover that it's very comforting for them to cuddle, and then they start to attach more importance to physical contact than before. Of course, they hide it from everyone.

On the issue of who is the big spoon and the little spoon, in this case I think, without doubt, that Spock is the big spoon. This time it's not so evenly matched, because McCoy lets himself be handled a lot, and even though Spock is quite soft with him, McCoy likes it. There are times when Bones is dominant, but they're fewer.

Últimamente no he podido dibujar nada. Tengo ahora los exámenes finales de la universidad y de la EOI (Escuela Oficial de Idiomas), así que no he tenido tiempo para nada, solo estudiar y descansar un poco.

En verano, a partir del día 17 de junio, ya estaré disponible al 100% para volver al cómic que estoy haciendo de Spones y a otros dibujitos como los que he subido anteriormente.

Agradezco la paciencia de las personas que quieren ver más Spones, yo también necesito una dosis diaria para sobrevivir jajajaj 😆

Lately, I couldn't draw anything. Currently, I have the final exams of the university and the Official School of Languages, so I had time for nothing, only studying and having some rest.

In summer, just after the 17th of June, I'll be 100% available to get back to the comic about Spones I'm making and to other drawings like the ones I've posted previously.

I recognize the pacience of the people who want to watch more Spones, I also need a daily dose of it to survive hahaha 😆

Sé que la pose es demasiado estática, aún tengo que trabajar dinamismo en poses y anatomía del cuerpo y muchas cosas más (no voy a dar abasto 😵). Me puse a dibujar la cara de Mirror Spock y como me gustó cómo me había quedado, añadí el resto del cuerpo para probar (esto no me gustó tanto cómo quedó 😆).

I know the pose is too static, I still have to work on dynamic poses and body anatomy and many other things (I don't think I'll be able to keep up with it 😵). I started to draw Mirror Spock's face and as I liked how it turned out, I added the rest of the body to try it out (I didn't like it so much 😆).

Yo siempre he querido que al dibujar personajes se parezcan lo máximo a la realidad y el estilo cómic creo que es de los que más consiguen eso y de los que más me llaman la atención (bueno, también depende de qué cómic, pero yo me refiero a cómics tipo Marvel, que están muy bien detallados).

I've always wanted that, when drawing characters, they look as much like reality as possible and I think the comic style is the one that most achieves this and the one that most attracts my attention (well, it also depends on the comic, but I'm referring to Marvel type comics, which are very well detailed).

Además, llevo un tiempo pensando que debo cambiar mi forma de dibujar para que se ajuste más a lo que yo quiero (ahora que llevo un tiempo dibujando de forma seria). Por eso, esta semana me propuse "empezar de cero". Empecé a ver vídeos, referencias, consejos... de gente que dibuja muy bien ese estilo, para ver cómo podía yo usar esos consejos para hacer eso que decían a mi "estilo" (si es que puede decirse que tengo uno) y que me gustara cómo quedara. Esta semana me he dedicado más a la cara y sus partes, rostros y eso.

Besides, I've been thinking for a while that I should change the way I draw to make it more in line with what I want (now that I've been drawing "seriously" for a while). That's why this week I decided to "start from zero". I started to watch videos, references, tips... from people who draw very well that style, to see how I could use those tips to do what they said to my "style" (if I can say I have one) and that I liked the way it looked. This week I've dedicated myself more to the face.

Trataré de dibujar así de ahora en adelante, y espero llegar a cumplir mis expectativas (ahora que me he demostrado a mí misma que puedo dibujar mejor que antes, al menos las caras por ahora).

El mar Mediterráneo, el calor típico de la zona, la exquisita comida, los lugares llenos de historia medieval, las zonas al aire libre lejos de cualquier otra persona, una casa acogedora a orillas de la playa, deportes de todo tipo, paseos por lugares de ensueño, lugareños carismáticos, una guía contratada por Jim...

The Mediterranean Sea, the typical warmth of the area, the exquisite food, the places full of medieval history, the outdoor areas far away from anyone else, a cosy house by the beach, sports of all kinds, walks in dreamlike places, charismatic locals, a guide hired by Jim...

La tripulación del Enterprise está de vacaciones el mes de agosto. Jim, Spock y McCoy quieren descansar y no tener que preocuparse por nada durante todo un mes, bañarse en el mar, tumbarse en la arena, recorrerse el pueblo y zonas de interés de los alrededores... Como cualquier otro veraneante. Sin embargo, cada día les pasará algo inusual, algunas cosas más raras que otras, unas provocadas por ellos, otras por pura suerte.

The crew of the Enterprise is on holiday in August. Jim, Spock and McCoy want to rest and not have to worry about anything for a whole month, bathe in the sea, lie on the sand, walk around the town and surrounding areas of interest... Just like any other holidaymaker. However, every day something unusual will happen to them, some things stranger than others, some caused by them, others by pure luck.

Mientras tanto, Spock y McCoy tienen algunos momentos en los que se plantean su amistad y unos posibles sentimientos más hondos. Tienen ocasiones a solas en las que intimar y desarrollar esos sentimientos, otras en las que Jim les parecerá la mejor compañía para romper ese incómodo silencio. Pero en las dos coincide algo, están juntos y eso es algo que les gusta. ¿Aquel lugar les ayudará a confesar al otro lo que de verdad sienten?

Meanwhile, Spock and McCoy have some moments where they consider their friendship and possible deeper feelings. They have times alone when they can intimate and develop those feelings, times when Jim will seem like the best company to break that awkward silence. But in both of those situations, they are together and that is something they like. Will that place help them to confess to each other what they really feel?

Spock, McCoy y Kirk se van de vacaciones a un pueblo mediterráneo de la Tierra durante todo el mes de agosto. Cada capítulo es un día de agosto, y el primero es de cómo llegan hasta el pueblo donde van a pasar las vacaciones, después de dejar el Enterprise. Les pasa algo durante el viaje, sobre todo al final. No tengo pensado que este primer capítulo sea muy largo, porque sería algo así como la presentación.

Spock, McCoy and Kirk go on holiday to a Mediterranean village on Earth for the whole month of August. Each episode is a day in August, and the first episode is about how they get to their holiday village after leaving the Enterprise. Something happens to them during the journey, especially at the end. I don't plan to make this first chapter very long, because it would be something like an introduction.

Obviamente no voy a poder acabar todo lo que tengo pensado antes de que acabe agosto. Con suerte acabaré el primer capítulo (tengo demasiadas cosas pensadas que hacer). Es un fic dedicado a las vacaciones de verano, pero es muy largo (o eso tengo pensado). Son 31 capítulos, uno por cada día de agosto. He planeado ya todos los capítulos por encima. Algunos serán más interesantes que otros, algunos tendrán más interacciones de Spones que otros, pero espero que eso no afecte a que a la gente le guste.

Obviously I'm not going to be able to finish everything I have planned before the end of August. Hopefully I'll finish the first chapter (I have too many things planned to do). It's a fic dedicated to the summer holidays, but it's very long (or so I think). There are 31 chapters, one for each day of August. I've already planned all the chapters a little. Some will be more interesting than others, some will have more Spones interactions than others, but I hope that won't affect people liking it.
