It’s still hasn’t sink in that the one I’ve been reading over the past six years has finally reached to its conclusion. 😭 Fairy Tail made me realize something back then and I’m forever grateful for this work. ❤

It was around late of January when they said about this project and that it would be launched on their Foundation Day which was next month making it also a highlight for the founding of the university’s official basketball team.
At the same time, my grandfather/lolo passed and I had to work on the project at mama’s house. It was tough with all the people but I eventually made it possible.
Eventually, I passed the idea with the black/ peregrine falcon to them. If you’re wondering why it’s green, they had to change the color and tweaked a little bit. Some say it looked like a parrot but haha that’s so not my fault ;)
Too bad I couldn’t get a photo of Falco, there were too many people > <
Thank you to Holy Name University for making this happen!

my intuition is telling me to start a planner despite it’s the beginning of the late year : ~)
it's a big week, y'all
Galileo Galilei, my heroes. I'm gonna miss you guys ❤
This spread I find cute is not yet done but it's made out of the things everyone gave me during my birthday 😀✨
Australia's burning, unsustainable tourism slowly thrives in my island, bleaching corals almost everywhere. Being just a mere spectator in all of this totally sucks. A decade for change and action please. 💚 Let's do what we can, we have no time for wars.
There has been a whale shark interaction recently established for tourism here in my place and it was suspected for feeding. Whale sharks follow a migratory path for food in the waters and if the feeding and baiting goes on, then their paths are definitely disrupted. The province has been on the issue for quite some time now, and orders were given to the municipality to take necessary action. But from what I have heard, people operating the site didn't claim to feed the fish but instead baiting them. I personally don't know how that differentiates with feeding. I find it strange how people desperately find ways to protect the obviously wrong things.
I had zero knowledge of the whale sharks before I encountered them in Oslob, Cebu. Back then, they were feeding them with uyap (baby shrimp). I knew nothing about the massive ecological disturbance of the people and the business did to our waters. But I'm here trying my best to use what I had learned back then and do as much as I can. So far, volunteering has been my greatest achievement and I look forward to my contributions though small, at the very least it's enough to contaminate the minds of other people haha 😂😉
Shinkai is getting more amazing and they upgraded the phone too aaaah i can’t wait
八月ー 九月 (August to September):
☁ Mesmerized by Childe Hassam’s works. ✨ ☁ School is getting on my nerves huhuhu 😭 I’ve been trying to sleep as early as I can. ☁ Attended a Google talk arranged by local tech enthusiasts and got myself a cool Google shirt! 👌 ☁ My mother went to Dumaguete and jokingly said her to buy MLP pillows. Days later, I had Pinkie Pie beside my blanket. 🌈 ☁ This year was probably the best acquaintance party we had in school. Maybe because they invited an actual band instead of Spotify music. 😂 ☁ Our band also got the chance to play at the partay. 🎉 Hope we would play more this year. ☁ Post card by Littlemisspaintbrush from Kawaii PH ❤
Hello from PH!! I just came back from a trip that was so beautiful, I wanna do it all over again (soon, hopefully haha).
We took the road from Cebu City around six in the morning and arrived after 3 hours of road trip. One of the first things I noticed was all the bleeding fire trees while we were traveling. Since it’s summer, fire trees are currently in flowering season as if it were giving autumn vibes minus the summer heat haha.
(EDIT: I told my mother about the pretty fire trees and she said that years ago, my grandfather and his workmates were the ones who were planting these trees all over Santander and Oslob and now they are all grown so big and tall and created happiness huhu lolo ;_;)
Imagine them red flaming trees with the blues of the sea and the crisp cloudless sky. (because i wasn’t able to take a photo of them huhu)
It was my first time in Oslob. The sea was so nice and blue. <3
We stayed in a cozy resort and the people around here were so friendly.
I had to quickly buy a new pair of slippers because they were torn apart along the way. I must say that these classic Spartans are much more trusted than my previous Bench flip flops. Recommending Spartans slippers for any kind of adventure lololol.
Omiyageee. All eyes on the nice prints. *_*
Their souvenirs were so cute! I bought tank tops for papa and lil bro. Since it was also papa’s birthday, I had to bring back a souvenir or something haha.
Highlight: Swimmin with whale sharks!
When I was in first grade, my teacher asked for examples of fish. I answered “whale shark!”. “Whale shark? What whale shark? Just shark!”, said the teacher. I can’t believe my teacher doesn’t even know this fish. But that was years ago.
.
I’ve heard and read opinions and articles about Oslob’s whale shark interactions. Some say that it’s too crowded that the whole activity is too much for the whale sharks. It’s true that there were lots of people (I feel like I’m adding more dirt to dirt ;_;) but the staff was very friendly to the tourists.
Whale sharks can also be found in Southern Leyte, Donsol, Batangas, and even Bohol. Some say that these locations have lesser people. Since they’re migratory, whale sharks are mostly found in their path of good plankton for food.
Other than that, I tried my very best to be cautious and not be nervous at the same time. These gentle giants were so majestic and they deserve more awareness and protection. I’ve learned a lot about these creatures.
Everyone was so friendly (I keep saying this aahh), it makes your day 10x better. :)
Clear your tired eyes with salt water every now and then! (hi Reese)
