This is my genuine apology to anybody who's ever asked me if I've watched a movie/show they liked because if some girl was like "no, but I've read the book, I don't really watch tv" all the freaking time I'd be annoyed too
I love that Barbara Gordon only became batgirl as a way to rebel against her dad, she wanted to be a cop and Jim laughed in her face then told her he wouldn’t allow it so she became a vigilante instead. Like what a fucking girlboss
Look…. I’m also not a fan of the fanon version of Dick Grayson that’s a useless himbo, but this equally false revisionist version of him you guys are creating is just as bad. Dick Grayson is not the edgy, super serious, angst-machine you guys say he is. If Dick was truly like how some of you describe him, he would have no friends and be completely inseparable from Bruce. Why would Bruce consider Dick better than him and his greatest success if he was just like him? He’s someone who has flaws but is ultimately a very personable, friendly, and kind person. It gets annoying having to constantly hear about how he’s “actually” an asshole who is moments away from killing a person.
jaywalking is a sacred tradition all northerners take part in. we’ve got places to go and people to see, we don’t have time for your stupid traffic laws
So people just cross the road here? Like they don't wait for the light every time? When I was a kid everyone told me that if I jaywalked I would get run over. I was walking around yesterday and a bunch of people just jaywalked right in front of cop. The cop was doing something else but wtf! If you are from Boston could you please explain this to me.
i love ibspaint
Movies with idiot plots i enjoy:
1. None of them, i find them incredibly frustrating to watch expecially when they take themselves seriously
2. Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure
nobody told me that alvin draper has a nose ring!! and earrings!! does this mean tim has a nose piercing??

batman and robin :)
Superman is an incredibly kind and tender character. (If he’s not being written that way, then he’s not being written well.) He inspires hope not just through his heroics, but also through his kindness toward other people. That’s his thing. Don’t you DARE call tenderness a “weakness.” Get your toxic masculinity the hell away from me and go read a badly written Batman comic if you want a “tough” male character.
@vinelark you know what’s up. the art style is half the reason why I constantly reread cass’s batgirl run
despite the cass cain heavy apperence this is both a dc and a marvel blogcass cain just happens to be the coolest person ever(and the charcter that got me into comics)always happy to talk about all things comic related!!!(though I admittedly know more about DC)
