First Time Meeting the Family.... Me Too

My group project partners left me to pick up all the slack and I spent three days of nonstop writing and research to get that done (No warnings for this chapter... Maybe some cursing I think) Bold = Lance Italics = Reyanni Reyanni's Thoughts Lance's Thoughts Reyanni's POV "I'm worried lance.... what if your parents and your sister doesn't like me... or what if I say the wrong thing... or what if I forget how to speak English" I'm cut off by Lance cupping my face in his hands.

I had the urge to give him that look you give someone when they say a slew of bullshit... but I resisted and grabbed the boxes of pastries from the car. I figured it wouldn't hurt to bribe them with sweet treats....Right.... right? The moment he knocked on the door I felt my hands begin to tremble. But I pushed my worries behind me and put on a brave smile. If it’s one thing my mama always said it’s greet people with a smile, so that's what I'm gonna do. And as we entered the house I found myself regretting many things, my outfit, my haircut, the pastries I had brought along.. I knew my therapist was useless as hell.. Because why did taking three deep breaths not work. When we got to where his parents and his sister were sitting I felt more nervous than a parent when their baby says fuck in a church.  . . . "Hello.. My name is Reyanni" Can't go wring with an introduction right? I don't know if I should hold my breath or just go with the flow.... you know how anxiety likes to send little songs through the mind to try and calm you. Mines isn't doing that. Mines is playing Flamingo by kero kero bonito.... hopefully someone says something before I start singing it out loud... that would be awful if I did... . . . . To Be Continued.

I'm sorry its so late. Finals Kicked my ass. and I'm pretty sure I need to retake one of my classes that I'm currently failing by .5 points because the professor is a woman who hates to see women go places in life. Since it's break time I should be able to complete this mini series soon.
