i ate too much today and yesterday.
yesterday i had macaroni and cheese (350), peanut butter crackers (180) , then a cheeseburger and fries
today i had: some general tsos and white rice and a milkshake
i think i’m going to fast tomorrow
i can’t wait to be one of the tiny girls who always look pretty and cute in every outfit 🌸
a little PSA, if ur a low cal deficit, u need to have a refeed day (1500+ cals) every 2 weeks or ur metabolism will crash. once it does it will take months to recover from it.
okay guys, it’s time for me to lock in. i go to vacation in may and need to lose as much as possible. here’s my plan
at least 10k steps a day
coffee for breakfast
drink more water
stay away from sweets
go to the gym at least 3x a week
stay under 1k c@ls a day (even better if i stay around 500)
