Catch me being as self indulgent as possible…
Hey Rosie! What’s up with Enoch?
[modverse, not canon verse]
Dear ace-chaser,
I have been keeping an eye on my brother, and I find it quite entertaining that he simply lives there now. He is thriving with his close friend Benjamin, creating all sorts of ridiculous contraptions together and having great fun.
It is wonderful to see him like this.
Thank you, Rosie
To whomever wishes to respond,
Can you tell me something that is quick, is easy, and it is free?
To anon:
There are a great deal of things that are quick, easy, and free. Tripping upon the cobblestones. Making a fool of yourself. Pacing back and forth. Concerning your neighbors. Taking from children.
While I do not recommend any of those things, they are certainly quick, easy, and free. One must find ways to entertain oneself when one is bored.
Signed, Venus
William Shamspeare,
If you were a type of equine what kind would you be? Unicorn? Pegasus? Regular horse but with a flamboyant color scheme perhaps?
Best wishes
Dearest anon,
I haven't the faintest idea how you learned of my proclivity for horses. Majestic creatures, are they not? Whether tis nobler to be the beast that trots and whinnies in outreaching forests, or to grow wings through a seabound deity and by opposing use them.
I know that I am not a fan of the work horse. Though they have their place, I would not want to be used in such a way. I have always had a connection with the racehorse, the ones with an attitude, a prance in their step and a preference for various foods. As for colour schemes, I don't know how flambouyant a horse could be. Though, their racing uniforms can be quite fancy.
Signed,
William Shamspeare
Dear sister,
Who is the man living in our house? The tall one with the white hair. Why is he here? Did you allow him into the home… on purpose?
-Barok
[modverse]
Dear Barok,
I have grown rather fond of the strange man living in your house. He is so very fun to watch! He sits upon any surface open to him, crawling inside of cabinets, bathtubs, closets, fireplaces... He reminds me of a feral cat in a very charming way.
As for who let him in, it was actually you! Benjamin asked you if he could have a friend visit, and that person just so happened to be Enoch. It seems you may be stuck with him, as he appears to be rather happy there.
Best of luck!! Rosie
For Klimt,
So, ahhh… why all the murder babygirl?
Ace-chaser,
I... feel as though you are patronizing me. That being said, I thought I was doing the right thing. I felt as though I had no choice but to do that to make a change. I did what I thought was best for my people. I was wrong.
Regretfully, Klimt van Zieks
Hello there I’m the one who asked about the Benbaro twin question and right now I wanted to ask what Barok and Albert think?
Sorry that my art is bad.
To childrenofozstory,
This art pierced through my heart. It is utterly wonderful, a delightful idea of what could be in an ideal world. I myself have never wanted to have children, but the thought of raising these two children with my lovely partner is... incredibly appealing. I adore the idea that Heather takes after her father in science, and I am a large fan of polka dots. (Additionally, Iris has been teaching me how to braid hair.)
As for Henry, I do quite like his hair. The mix of Albert's and mine, and the volume and texture of his hair... I know that Benjamin is quite a fan of his particular look, and I cannot help but feel the same.
Life with these two would be an absolute dream. These twins will be on my mind for... quite some time now.
With fondness, Lord Barok van Zieks
To the aspiring scientists Albert Harebrayne, what are your thoughts on the phenomenon known as vampires?
Dear ace-chaser,
V-vampires?? A frightening concept indeed!
I've read the novel Dracula and have, of course, heard rumours about my close friend Barok, insinuating he may be one of them. I have had a close eye on his activities for a while--I have been visiting him since the Professor ordeal has finished--and can say that he has not done anything out of the ordinary.
How Romantic a concept, though. A creature who thrives upon death... I shudder to think of it.

dr mikotoba do you think other people feel the same positive emotion about mr holmes' strange and peculiar vibe that you do, or do you have to pretend you are merely looking past it
Dear Ribbonroad,
I am afraid that many people cannot appreciate Holmes' unique charm. He is a fascinating man who can add so much to one's life if they simply let him, though most people are far too afraid to let him do so. He is an unpredictable man, and his particular flavor of spice of life occasionally rubs the wrong way against his friends and colleagues.
And by occasionally, I do unfortunately mean most of the time. My friends always asked why I cared so much for him, as he was such a strange person... I'm afraid it's something I cannot explain, but it is something I cannot apologize for. He is a uniquely wonderful man.
