If you don’t want vegetable broth, fruits, veggies, and water, then you’re not hungry. If you don’t feel like eating a low cal food and controlling yourself, then you don’t really want to be skinny. If you allow yourself to binge, and ruin all the progress you’ve made, then you don’t really want that number to go down, you don’t want to be beautiful and dainty like the girls you obsess over. Think about what you really want. Drink some water and remind yourself that you will hate yourself when you look at the scale tomorrow. Don’t convince yourself that it’s just this one time, and that you just can’t overcome the cravings today, because you have before and so did those thinspo girls. Don’t let yourself be weak because you know the guilt will kill you.
