does anyone else get Sophie and Agatha energy from Elphaba and Glinda? My entire class was thinking that Sophie and Agatha had Elphaba and Glinda energy when we read the school of good and evil for ELA about a year ago and I'm curious if the people of tumblr agree with us

No no u don't understand. Normal girl has layers. LAYERSSS. 'Normal girl' bc Agatha doesn't believe she's got a place in a fairytale world; normal is what she wants to be, and thinks she is-- but she's not and she can never really be normal again. 'Normal girl' is slightly self-loathing and self-deprecating, ('normal' meaning she thinks she's homely and out of place and uncomfortable) but she tries to disguise it as a good thing by making it seem like everyone else is the issue; it's hamfisted, and Not Like Other Girls, but she's like sixteen, she's allowed to be a bit cringe bc she's embarassed. 'Normal girl' bc Beatrix tried to use it as an insult and Agatha's perspective on it is wobbly, but Tedros turned it into something fond. 'Normal girl' bc she actually treats Tedros like he's a normal person and he's so surprised he remembers it (and then gets attached bc of it). 'Normal girl' that gets dropped the second he knows her name. 'Normal girl' tha-- (I am dragged away, a rolled up list of a thousand extra reasons unfurling on the floor behind me)

I just finished watching the SGE movie and HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!! School for Good and Evil better get some major fucking hype on here or I will scream!

The costume design the world building design!!!!!!!!!!!

THE CASTING!!!!!!! I already knew it was fantastic but like seeing everyone in action was entirely different! Everyone was amazing I was blown away entirely by how perfect everyone was! I was immersed into this world all over again by them all! There is no one else I could possibly see playing these characters now these people are who they are!!

PLEASE!!!!!! someone else scream with me about this movie I am way too hyped to be surrounded by people who don’t know was it is!!!

Volvi con mi obcecion por la escuela del bien y el mal , vi la película, volví a leer algunos de de los fragmentos del libro... y me di cuenta de algunas cosas ... mientras pensaba en pendejadas/headcanons

* lesso tiene hermanos , esto es solo en la película, pero si nos damos cuenta, hay otra persona en el cuarto

* porque la escuela jamás reclutó a Stefan y a Vanessa?, digo, se da a entender que eran prácticamente Sophie y Agatha en actitud , seria interesante para un fanfiction

* como carajo le harán para que el Jepeth x Arik no sea norteño ?

* es curioso como todo el fandom nuevo que vino por la película discute del beso , por dios , en el siguiente hay fluidez de género, un personaje gay y se confirma la bisexualidad de Tedros

* se dieron cuenta de que Rafal en la película no trata tan mal a Agatha, digo , solo le dice que se saque a la chingada , y la llama "pequeña bruja " ... de hecho hasta suena cariñoso

* podrías intercambiar a Tedros y Sophie de lugar en los libros y todo podría segur perfectamente igual

* ven todo eso de que Sophie se quejaba de como su papá quería un niño ... analizándolo,que pasaría si en realidad esa fuera una de las manipulaciones de Vanessa,digo , que yo recuerde no sale esta afirmación del padre , además de que vemos la sospecha que Stefan tenía hijos fuera del matrimonio, vemos que el si ama a su hija pero le desespera , a si que perfectamente Vanessa la dijo eso a Sophie para joder

* dios ,la vida de Agatha y Calis , digo , siempre se describe a Agatha como huesuda , y entre las cosas que la vemos comer son sopa de lagartija que su madre no quiso desperdiciar, y los dulces que roba ,y aún a si mucho de su físico no cambia , por dios , maldito Gavaldon, dejaste a mis niñas morir de hambre

* sonará raro , pero no paro de imaginar a Agatha como una Blancanieves emo, a Sophie como una Aurora mala y diva, y a Tedros como la versión masculina de la Cenicienta

* siempre vi a Agatha como el hada madrina emo de la princesa diva Sophie... se la imaginan con alas de hada ?, seria adorable , o que fuera como tinkerbell y fuera pequeñita, seria hermoso

* se que en los libros se describe el brillo de Agatha como dorado o naranja, pero yo siempre me lo imaginé más como plateado o azul, no se ,mi imaginación

* a su vez,me imaginaba a Dot con un brillo amarillo

* se supone que escogieron a Rhian y a Rafal porque su amor era lo que mantenía su equilibrio con el bien y el mal o una jalada a si ... que pasaría si la siguiente directora fuera Agatha, después de todo, tiene su corazón en el bien (Tedros ) y el mal (Sophie)

* y que tal un cambio de personalidades de el Taghata , Tedros siendo el desgarbado príncipe de Camelot, poco amable y tan emo que no se baña ,donde todos esperaban que fuera un villano, luego tenemos a Agatha, una chica muy Bonita que llega con su hermana a la escuela del bien y del mal, donde sin duda pertenece ...hmm

* vi fanarts de un AU de avatar,imaginen , Agatha como maestra agua , Tedros como maestro tierra (aunque en los fanarts era de aire ), y Sophie de fuego

* un hada masculina de quien sabe que edad le parecía atractiva nuestra princesa emo

* cual carajos es el don de Tedros?

* au de zapatos rojos con Agatha y Tedros ?

* vi que algunos shipean a Arthuro con Calis porque creen que tendrían la misma interacción que sus hijos ... no lo niego , ahora la idea resulta atractiva

* cuando leí el segundo libro ,y se habla del padre de Agatha,dándonos ya pistas sutiles de que era Stefan, shipee por un momento a Stefan con Calis

* volviendo al punto de la "pequeña bruja ", porque se llevaron también a Agatha?, aquí no era a fuerzas el par ... se que trato de matarla , pero ya veo a Rafal como el hermano mayor protector de Aggi

So here she is!! she is part of my sge au and more world building!

The Concert Hall

the Sugar Plum Fairy is the ceremonial king or queen of the sugar kingdom along with being the conductor and protector of the concert hall. as conductor they make and maintain the stages as well as conducting special performances

the concert hall is an institution similar to the school in the books.

but instead of the storian it holds the maestro, it controls the concert hall and many smaller stages, halls, and amphitheaters across the land.

the maestro is in its oldest form a oval music box with silver details and two small figures of two girls dancing inside.

the maestro records both art and history, it collects and records any stage play, song, or performance that is performed on any of its stages along with telling history threw any medium on stage. it will then replay or performer an act when requested.

ballet is especially popular in the sugar kingdom due to the nutcracker telling the story of the sugar plum fairy before Alexzander named Antonietta and Clara

while it is possible for sugar plum fairy's to be related its not that common. Antonietta is the mother of Alexzander and she was 8 months pregnant with him during the ballet, she had a extremely difficult pregnancy even before the rat king that completely destroyed all her energy, that's how she got captured.

the Sugar plum fairy is chosen by the maestro 10 years before the currents retirement and crowned the Sugar plum prince, princess, or hair. when chosen they are no younger than 15 and no older than 20

Sugar Plum Princess Anastasia Le Fey!!

Anastasia is the eldest child of Morgan Le Fey and the current sugar plum fairy Alexzander

she has 8 siblings

Anastasia's full name and title is The Sugar Plum Princess Anastasia Gwendalynn Le Fey-Tchaikovsky III (what a mouthful) but she goes by Nastya

she is 3 days older than Tedros and will never let him forget it when she used to visit camalot as a child.

when visiting camalot her mother would leave her with Tedros and his nanny when messing with Arthur. she also would dress her daughter is simple play clothes instead of the major finery of the sugar kingdoms court. this has the unintended consequence of Tedros not knowing his cousin is a princess and just thinks she live in whatever run down location he thinks Morgan lives is.

i love making Tedros a dumbass

she has a baton that works like a magic wand

very intelligent and great at school but bad with people

her two best friends are the daughter of the queen of hearts and the daughter of the black swan and white swan (yes i'm making them lesbians)

she is close with her aunt Clara

i want more lesbians the nutcracker is a lady and Clara is useless around her, the nutcracker is an idiot and has low self esteem so she was as clueless as Percy Jackson

at first glance she could be a guy but she is defiantly a girl everyone gets it wrong even gods apparently(the maestro)
