Until recently I had only read the X books from the 70’s to 90’s and the more recent Krakoa books so I was a little bit averse to the idea of Scott and Emma being together in any capacity until I’d caught up with Morrison’s New X-Men and Whedon’s Astonishing X-Men AND I GOTTA SAY

YALL for a relationship that started out on so many red flags they became a really sweet couple that feels like they both really understand eachother and love eachother so I had to make fanart
