okay so this is so clever idk if it’s the Empires 2 thing with the former god or not but I thought that was genius

In the Hades 2 style, Joel stands before you. He is wielding two golden daggers. His arm is half in front of his face, one eye mimicing Lucifer's eye on Alexandre Cabanel's "Fallen Angel" painting. His cape is torn and his ties are undone. He has replaced his belt with Etho's. His laurel leaves are in a constant falling motion, as if he were crying. He says: "Give him back to me! you're lying, you're lying! He'd never leave me here on my own! I'll kill every last one of them if I have to! Give him back to me! First him, now Grian, just- Get lost already! I don't need your help."

Ahhh my favorite group!!!!
