Question for MLB fandom...

I don't follow the show that much, but I like it and I like the content the fandom creates. I only wanted to point out a thing. Why does Hawkmoth akumatizes people?

With Adrien it has already been proved that sentimonsters can be akumatized and use miraculouses. So, Gabriel doesn't need people to akumatize nor a person to use the peacock miraculous. He could create (or make someone else create) a sentimonster to use the peacock like Felix did, and control it. He could create a number of sentimonsters and akumatize them and make himself Scarlet Moth, etc.

So, in essence, black cats are chaotic good. 

I tried looking for symbolism on cats and found very little about bad luck. I did however found a good bit about them being about independence, which i think still fits with Adrien.

It does, yes. Note that the cat miraculous doesn’t transform Adrien into any old cat though - it transforms him into a black cat. Black cats are odd - they vary wildly from culture to culture being omens of good luck or bad luck depending on who you talk to. It works out as Cat Noir being a hero - one who destructively does good things.

Headcanon

Before Emilie disappeared(?) she always wanted Adrien to go to school, instead of him getting homeschooled. But Adrien preferred homeschooling as he could spend more time with his mother this way. In one of their quarrels about this Emilie fainted. That was the last time Adrien saw her. After a week or two of the thoughts of “Is she going to be okay again?”, Natalie said that Gabriel was waiting for him, Adrien, at the living room. Through the way between his room and the living room Adrien knew what was coming: The little hope he had inside him had left him. The moment he got into the living room, he saw his father; Gabriel cold-hearted, i-don’t have emotions Agreste, crying. Adrien sat next to him. Gabriel hugged him. And said “She’s gone.” Adrien felt a tear coming out of his right eye, he couldn’t find the energy in himself to cry insanely like his father did. He was so tired as he couldn’t sleep or eat much as he was so stressed. Only think he could’ve done was that tear. 

The day later, he saw the point her mother fainted, the point they were arguing. He had never felt that guilty before. It was the moment, he decided he was going to that school.

so, i was rewatching the puppeteer 2 and adrien basically said: “uh, she doesnt like me? Is that because I’m so depressed? Shall I act more like cat noir? Lets give it a try.”. and it ended up with

I mean, just hear me out:

- They’re both superheroes with secret identities

- They both have a black costume

- They both have green eyes

- Both have family issues

- Both love puns

- Both hate Christmas

- Both has a black best friend who loves technology (Tucker and Nino)

- Both ridiculously oblivious about their best friend liking them (Sam and Marinette)

- Both were framed for crimes they didn’t do (Danny in Public Enemies/Control Freaks, and Adrien in Copycat)

- Both just keeps freaking dying

- Both cute in human mood and hot as hell in superhero mood

- Both liked a girl in a red costume who doesn’t like them back because she’s in love with their human selves (Valerie and Marinette)
