I'm currently playing Dumb Ways To Die and Geometry Dash Lite on my phone, the nostalgia is real š¤©š¾
If I had a penny for every time a heavily awaited video game release for a Fandom I'm in that's been worked on for 6+ years came out in December 2023, I'd have 2 pennies, which isn't much, but it's weird that it happened twice.
Oh shit apparently Touhou 19 came out, same day as Geometry Dash's 10th anniversary (and the day theorized to be 2.2's release) too; Big day for the Gamma Hyperfixations.

oh my god I never posted my Anaban design. probably because I donāt have any colored digital art of them yet (I cannot keep myself focused on digital art for the life of me)
Basically the lore is that they used to run a cult in the Dashlands that rebelled against RobTop, their god. Anaban claimed to be a figure more divine than RobTop, being a winged default cube with crazy hacked stats with the ability to take over accounts as they pleased. If you followed their teachings, theyād hack your stats too and help you out! What could go wrong?
ā¦Besides the fact that you had to give a blood offering. Why? No reason, Anaban just had some sort of sick pleasure in watching others bleed. The power got to their head pretty quickly before RobTop stepped up and banished them to the Outskirts. Their checkpoint was destroyed, and now they canāt respawn ā theyāre living on one final life.

Itās been actual ages since I last drew him oops,, new one on the right, still a wip!! Bloodlust is the result of Bloodbath snapping(?) its a Jekyll Hyde type of thing where itās the same guy, but more of a final form after losing all hope. Bloodbath letting go of his humanity (demanity?) after losing literally everything,, his status, his purpose in the world, he failed the hell realm and now his own friends, once immortal high ranks now disappearing, heās lost saku, and phobos.. and throughout the whole time thereās an unseen someone urging him to turn on the world entirely..

A friend of mine on Discord named Goobert made a cube OC named Cyne, and joked that they sort of looked like Aero, my cube oc. Of course I rolled with this joke and eventually offered to āAero-ifyā their cube by putting them through the same modification process that Aero went throughā¦ gd oc lore basically itās pretty crazy yāall
And the surgery was a success! They love it! They are very happy with what happened to them and they love being a living weapon now! Nothing is wrong at all!

A while ago I had joined the Viprin+Paste server for the emojis, but never really talked or anything since I donāt feel too confident speaking to people in big public Discord servers. But I eventually thought to myself, āhey, why not post some of my Geometry Dash art?ā And so, I began to talk to get level ups in the server. Lo and behold, while Iām in the middle of doing this, Viprin himself appears to thank one of his supportersā¦
ā¦and he sees the emoji I used, being my design of his cube as a humanoid character. My friend @tubulartimetopper-blog made the emoji! Anyways, Viprin noticed it.
And he wanted to see my design. So for the next few minutes I was scrambling to get to level 5 in the server, and upon doing so and posting my art, the unspeakable happened.
HE PUT IT IN HIS ART SHOWCASE CHANNEL. AND I FREAKED OUT SO MUCH- by the way, soon afterwards my buddy @boxcoglitchbox also got their awesome art posted in this channel. It was so insane like I couldāve never expected it.
And guess what? Later, I gained the confidence to start an art thread in the official Geometry Dash server. And as of todayā¦
I WAS FEATURED AGAIN. I CANNOT STRESS HOW MUCH I AM LOSING IT RIGHT NOW. IāM STIMMING, SCREAMING, AND SOBBING ALL AT ONCE. IāM SO HAPPY PEOPLE LIKE MY STUPID GEOMETRY DASH CUBE DESIGNS WAAAAAAAAGH
