This scene is supposed to be a socophobia type situation. You know... stalking like situation yeah. So raj is slightly stressed out about that but. Cause of.. well. The scars and what ever is watching his every move and insecurities. This is no motive either. So thats even worse. Raj feels like someone is constantly watching him. His every move. Everything.

I kinda Headcannon rak being genderfluid. So ofc i also hc hin having a binder too. So that's fun
