Multiple businesses have suddenly been handed over to one man under the name of Masters. Multiple businesses who have some type of corruption one way or another.

The Wayne's wouldn't have even noticed, really, if the same wasn't happening in Gotham city.

It was alarming, really. Whoever Masters was he new how to pick his targets, businesses which are either small enough to go ignored, about to go bankrupt, or had rumors (which were true) about dabbling in crime.

All the businesses he took seemingly flourished under his hands, with not even a single corner being dipped in crime. Whoever Masters was, he was undoubtably a successful businessman, he managed to built an empire that was soon capable of rivaling both Lexcorp Wayne Foundation in a few years, and he was an incredibly elusive man himself.

No one knew what he looked like, nor his first name.

Only his last, Masters.

On a different note, there was another thing Tim was looking into. A new restaurant/ice cream parlor which opened up recently, it just opened up out of the blue, owned by a family that just appeared in Gotham one day.

From what he checked, there wasn't any records about any of them anywhere Tim could find, like literally nothing. Almost like they didn't exist prior to the day they opened.

There was only three people who owned the store. Vlad- no last name- the cook and owner, Danny- again, no last name- the cashier and Jasmine- once again, no last name- the waitress.

He had a suspicion- no he was very sure that Danny was a meta, one who had power over ice. They never ran out of ice, the space behind his counter was always cold (Well he did man the ice cream parlor and the drinks, but still), he quite literally watched the guy freeze someone's coffee when they tried to complain it was too hot and the most damming thing.

Their ice cream machine was never, not even once, broken.

Vlad was most definitely a fire meta, the temperature always seemed to rise whenever he was in the room, and his kitchen was a goddamn furnace, no one who didn't have at least some kind of fire resistance would be able to go in there with an apron and stay there for hours on end.

He was also very defensive over his kitchen for some reason, Tim thought it was because of the insane heat which might be part of the reason, but even to his own workers he doesn't allow them inside. Tim managed to overhear his reason as to why though.

"No offense, and in the most respectful way I can put this. But you two just throw food in the oven and hope it doesn't gain sentience."

Tim thinks he probably didn't mean that literally.

Jasmine couldn't be flagged as a meta, but he does think there's something about her. Probably has a pretty solid foundation in martial arts, or ballet, because her balance is impeccable. He quite literally watched her dance her over to different tables with multiple plates on her body.

Tim didn't think there was any type of connection between the Masters takeover and the restaurant, and technically he should be alerting Bruce to the two new metas in Gotham but.

They have a coffee to die for.

No, he should probably be telling Bruce, or at least another one of the family...

Maybe after he stops by and grabs himself a coffee, oh and most definitely one of their ice creams too.

Five years has gone by since Aquaman was unfortunately bitchslapped by the momma whale for defending her calves, one being adopted baby mer.

And the sighting of the little merman continued throughout the world, as media caught wind breeze of little white-haired mer baby playing with dolphins passing by a Cruise ship.

Arguments had started over the lone mer baby across the continents, between capturing and captivity the merbaby, letting the merbaby be, or protecting the merbaby from poachers and collectors that was suggested by PETA.

Aquaman has already discussed on behalf of the Sea and Justice League that it was best for the merbaby to be left alone for it is last of its kind to appear in thousands of years in Altanta after the Momma whale crashed sixth would be poachers and endangered species ships.

Pictures, description, and documentary began of the last merbaby journey. A new video was sent live every few weeks as sea creature biologists team and their swimmers who trail behind momma whale and her calves.

Momma whales, leaving her calves for their own harsh journey in the deep blue sea, the once tiny merbaby was the size a double wide life boat.

The once beautiful trails of sparkling white and neon green color, fade gray, and black tips mer tailwind was now deep black with green and blue bioluminescence lighting all over his tail trailing from the faded jellyfish scars, His skin was once pale is now dark tanned color. His white as a pearl hair was measured by a picture frame to be the length of 12 inches with clownfishes swimming in and out every once a as a symbiote reaction, eyes glowing darker then a neon green light and teeth sharper then a great white shark.

It was a simple Tuesday of the Justice League watching the latest video of was now known to the world nicknamed the adolescent mer, phantoms the merman day.

When something that caused everyone to jump from their own seats all together that shook and amazed the world

Phantom kept dipping into the deep dark trenches of the deep blue sea rather frequently, but for the five years now, it was normal interest of curiosity that he just like to go there.

Until today, when he came out, with 5 other Mers.

One massive mer with white hair that resemble a great whale shark or what could've been a megalodon swam slowly watching the others who there was female sea horse like mer with black hair and purple and green like patterns trail behind along side a silky like dark skinned shark mer with Egyptian like pattern and old gold relic tied in his hair, massive large orange haired humaniod jellyfish like mer the size of a sperms whale swam, as Phantom was hugging, swimming around excitedly and trilling bubbles onto a tiny little new merbaby with white hair with similar patterns as him except with a red scarf like tied to her little wrist.

Danny moves to Gotham with Sam and Tucker and decides it would be a fun idea to record their journey from packing their things in Amity to recording how life is in Gotham.

Danny was adopted by the Wayne’s and they all thought he was a civilian in a bad home situation who got along with the family nicely. Danny knew full well that they were the Batclan of Gotham but he is enjoying being a regular teenager to much to care. The Bats thought they were going a perfect job with keeping their new family members in the dark about their nightly activities. They weren’t expecting to see Danny get flung through a wall at the beginning of dinner by a robot with a flaming green mohawk. They also weren’t expecting Danny to get up like nothing happened and launch himself at the attacker. And least of all they weren’t expecting Danny to win the fight.

Danny, just summoned, looking at the group of cosplayers(?) who just took down the cultists who summoned him: these cultists summoned me to destroy this planet, but I don’t really want to do that

Danny: Unfortunately for me, they were quite competent, so I’m tied to this dimension until either I or this planet dies. Unfortunately for you, I can’t die.

Dick struggled even harder to get Damian away from whoever that is and it resulted with Dick getting kicked away by Damian as he immediately ran towards Danyal to comfort him.... Ra's smirked seeing that his job is done here and without anyone noticing he left.

Part 2 of The Demon and Angel

Never have or had Danyal thought that Damian can kill him ever, so when Him and Damian was put against each other in battle to the death even if everyone knows who's the actual heir is it's still have to be done per tradition.

Everyone knew Danyal will do something outrageous and put a mental strain on Damian, the leagues angel, they know what Danyal is going to do this time, and it's letting Damian kill him to see Damian reaction and he did, everyone can see the way Damian froze the moment Danyal let him pierce his heart.

The poor angel cried a lot that night even if knowing that Danyal is ok but after a few years has passed and Damian is going to be put under batman's wings, he is doubtful if Danyal is really alive.

He knows Danyal is a enemy no one would want, his skills will always be the best of the best! Damian knows that! But..... What if.. that wasn't play..? What if he really killed Danyal..? After remembering that Damian fought hard not to cry again, Danyal wouldn't like it if he damaged his face from crying to much.

It's been 2 years since Damian started living with them and the kid is already 11.

That something about Damian feels inhumane but in a good way?

They don't know, all they is that it's so comforting being around Damian, it feels so weird arguing with Damian like they are monsters preying on a poor angel..

Calling him by his nickname "demon brat" even if it's now called in fondness

At first, they thought it was because Damian is a kid but even after the standoffishness and arrogantness of Damian

Even after he tried to kill Tim and the others, being around him is comforting, serene and calmness always blankets them anytime they are near Damian, this annoys Tim the most since he is the frequant victim of Damians arrogance.

But everything has mellowed out, Damian and Tim have okayish relationship, Damian stopped being that murderous, and overall Damian had mellowed out.

Everything was going great until Ra's decided to show his face.

"What do you want Ra's." Bruce said making sure his kids are behind him. "I simply came to visit my grandson." Ra's said with raised eyebrows as he signals to the assassin's behind him to wait as Dick pulled Damian behind him even more not listening to Damian's protest.

"Grayson! Let go!" Damian protest as the others made sure to not let any assassin's out of their view.
