And to answer your question, I really like them too! But in the case you mentioned, I think it's more of a personality thing. I simply love Butters and Craig from South Park! But there are several other shotas who are "<333", you know? Like Pip and Damien! About the other cartoons you mentioned, I'm not familiar with Kids Next Door, but I gotta say that Wallabee really caught my attention 👀. I've watched Dexter's Lab and I can say that he's a sweetie!
