It was the biggest mistake of your life, walking into the Commander’s office that late at night.

Despite your growing adoration for the man your intentions had been completely innocent, it was a simple question about the upcoming mission in a few weeks.

With a wary glance out of his large glass window, he promised you a few minutes of his time. A few minutes had turned into an hour very easily - you really shouldn’t have got him talking about his strategies, that was the best way to make him lose track of time.

A gaunt expression had come over him when he stopped talking mid-sentence, immediately you’d been concerned about him, “Are you okay?” you asked when a large hand clutched his jaw.

You’d asked him so sweetly, and your empathetic eyes studied him with such worry that guilt instantly washed over him.

How could he be so foolish as to lose track of time? Especially on a full moon!

“Out!” he barked at you, pointing a long finger towards the door that led to your safety. His unexpected aggression had thrown you slightly and you were rightly shocked at his uncharacteristic tone.

Vincent's hair needs some TLC.
