How you dying 👀
Genuinely hope "JD Vance killed the pope" becomes a legit, widespread rumor. I hope the whitehouse has to make a statement, thus only adding fuel to the fire about it.
Words cannot describe how much I love this 😭
Imagine Ekko's comrades complaining about their leader's uncharacteristic slowness to react whenever Baby Blue is throwing her explosives at them, and him struggling to find a new excuse every time he is given a stern talking to about it.
Imagine Ekko's struggle to maintain long-term relationships being somewhat of a running joke in the community until rumours spread of a past love on the memorial he continues to mourn, and everyone trying to guess who it is.
Imagine Ekko getting all prickly when a child innocently asks if the blue-haired little girl on the memorial is related to the vile villainess Jinx, evoking suspicion and speculation on her true identity as well as Ekko's secretive past.
Imagine Scar, possibly in a moment of intoxication, accidentally letting slip that Ekko had his heart broken by Jinx once upon a time. Cue speculation from the Firelights on the nature of their relationship, only for him to seemingly reappear from the dead with a desolate Jinx hanging from his arms and confirm what they already knew.
Imagine some of the Firelights' disgust at how gentle Ekko is with this twin-tailed demon who murdered so many of their own. How he insists on caring for her himself. Imagine the rumours that fly due to him keeping her in his own room.
Imagine how astonished they are to see Ekko and his sworn enemy bickering over their pre-battle engineering like an old married couple. How they fight perfectly in sync, how they exchange quips like they were never separated.
And finally, (don't) imagine how mournful they are at their leader's despair when he loses her for the very last time.

There’s a common take in the Tokyo Revengers fandom that Haruchiyo Sanzu is just some chaotic idiot with a pretty face, sharp sword, zero brain cells and in general just Mikey's "lapdog''. And while I get that some of it is meant to be a joke…let’s be real for a second.
Sanzu is not dumb. In fact, I’d argue that he’s one of the most dangerous and psychologically strategic characters in the entire series.Sanzu’s chaotic and emotional nature makes him look reckless, but that doesn’t mean he lacks intelligence. Many of his actions are calculated in their own twisted logic.Like when he drugged Takemichi’s team before a planned ambush or hiding the train.
Sanzu knows exactly what people think of him. Unstable. Loud. Insane. Reckless. But that’s what makes him so powerful. He’s mastered the art of perception control. When people think you’re just crazy, they let their guard down. They underestimate you.
And that’s when he strikes.
It’s how he managed to kill Mucho.Someone who was literally his brother figure and protector during the Toman days. You don’t manipulate someone like that unless you know how to play the long game.Mucho relaxed himself around Sanzu. He thought he knew him.Until he didn’t because Sanzu let him think that.
Yes, Sanzu is emotionally compromised. He’s mentally unstable. He’s broken and traumatized and obsessed with Mikey in a way that makes him act like a rabid guard dog. But that doesn’t mean he’s stupid. It means his decisions come from trauma, not lack of intelligence.
In fact, being able to function at such a high level while carrying all that mental weight? That’s impressive in its own right.
He planned attacks, stayed one step ahead of Takemichi's team, and knew how to navigate the Bonten world and kept the time travel secret. That alone proves he’s not just some pawn.Furthermore, in the Bonten timeline,Sanzu plays a key role in operations. He’s trusted with high-level tasks, and he’s feared. Not just for his violence, but because people don’t know what he’ll do next. That unpredictability is a weapon, and he knows it how to use it.
In addition, you really think Mikey would keep Sanzu by his side in two different timelines if he was just a blindly loyal follower? No way.Kantou Manji and Bonten are ruthless. You have to be more than loyal to survive there and have such high positions. You need to be smart, sharp, and useful. Sanzu isn’t just chaos. He’s calculated chaos and that's what makes him more dangerous than most characters.
He knows how to scare people. He knows how to get under their skin. He knows how to disorient his enemies before they even realize they’ve made a mistake.
That’s not a lack of intelligence. That’s strategy.
We all know Kisaki was a genius and honestly is Sanzu as Smart as Kisaki? Maybe.
Kisaki was a mastermind in a traditional, manipulative, “I have a plan for every outcome” kind of way. Sanzu is different. He thrives in instability. His intelligence is reactive, intuitive, emotional but just as effective.
Where Kisaki used cold calculation, Sanzu uses unpredictability, loyalty, fear, and emotional intelligence to get what he wants. That’s still genius — just messier.
To sum up.Sanzu isn’t dumb. He’s unpredictable and that’s his power. He lets you think he’s out of control, but that chaos is intentional. It keeps people guessing. It lets him move in ways no one sees coming. He knows what he looks like and he uses it adding to the fact that he knows how to play the long game.
So go ahead.Call him crazy and unstable.Just don’t call him stupid.Because under that wild smile and those pink lashes is a brain that knows exactly how to survive in a world that’s tried to kill him since he was a kid.
I actually needed this sm, thank youuuuu
hey when you make posts, i just want you to know, thou/thee/thy/thine/ye are like he/you(object)/your/yours/you(subject) okay? "thou art wearing shoes," "i will wear shoes for thee," okay?
you say thine if the next word starts with a vowel and thy if the next word starts with a consonant and they both mean "your" so "thine own shoes," "thy shoes," okay?
and ye means you and refers to the subject of a sentence, "ye members of the brotherhood of shoes," okay? you need this information to create better knight yaoi. i'm personally more interested in nun yuri but we are a community
you'll get the urge as an artist or a writer to say out loud the things you're worried about "the proportions are off" "kind of out of character" "i'm not good at summaries" "didn't get as much detail as i wanted" "i made a mistake and here's how" and that's the self-conscious part of your brain telling you "it's bad and if you don't tell them you know it's bad then they'll think you're stupid" but you've got to ignore that little voice and pretend you think it's good or else that little voice is going to ruin your life
YES, YES THIS IS IT
(and Jayce absolutely losing his mind over it)
possessive jayce with his need to mark what is his is my favorite
Oh-Oh this is adorable 😭
Actually, addition to the “Jason spent a whole bunch of time drawing Leo as a grief coping mechanism”-post I made a while ago: after Leo revives Jason, they eventually visit New Rome together, and find out Jason had a foster family of sorts when he was little (since we do know New Rome has a foster system and there’s no way a three year old would’ve been left to his own devices). Jason doesn’t remember them that well so it’s kind of painful for everyone involved but they have happy stories to tell about tiny Jason and a whole bunch of embarrassing toddler pictures.
And Leo is joking like “haha at least you will never see my embarrassing baby pictures” (because they were all lost either in the fire or throughout the many foster homes he visited, at this point he doesn’t have a single picture of his mom and it’s killing him)
But Jason can tell it’s upsetting Leo severely so when they’re alone a while later he asks Leo to tell stories from when he was little, if he wants to. And he does. And he’s glad to be talking about his mom, to keep her memory alive in some way even if it’s not through pictures.
A few days later Jason gives him a picture frame. It’s a sketch of one of the stories Leo told Jason about—tiny Leo laughing with his mom, his hands covered in salsa. And it’s not quite the same, because obviously Jason doesn’t know exactly what Leo looked like when he was that small, but it’s the closest thing he’s had to a family photo in years (Jason did actually briefly meet Esperanza in the underworld, which is a different story, but her part of the sketch is a pretty good likeness for that reason).
Leo is all out of jokes. He just starts weeping on the spot.
Okay yeah, this pic goes super hard
I'm in love with the Kakuiza pieces 😭
