No because I felt so shameful for YEARS about liking BL and yaoi stuff, and then I just realized I was a repressed bisexual trans man and omg it made so much sense
the song made me giggle a lil as a trans guy
once you start saying shit like "yayy" "yippee" and "hehe" theres no going back
I love putting consistent symbolism in my art based solely on my own trauma. Will people get it? Probably tbh, the symbolism I am using is unique or new, but oh boy tying it to my own interpretations is so fun.
I just remembered I don't know my left from my right... it's the left one...
Hella progress in a year, imo. One on the right is the new one
The atrocities I would commit to be blessed with the privilege of cultivating a stemonitis specimen, specifically stemonitis splenden, is beyond comprehension. I literally almost changed my teaching major to microbiology for this thing.
This may not look like much but it's one of my favourite finds. Stemonitis slime molds are not fungi, not plants, not animals but fall into the secret fourth 'everything else' basket. They move around, they hunt, they mate and produce fruiting bodies, they do their own thing and defy expectations. 10/10 no notes, you magnificent little weirdo.
I am really proud of some of my art but don’t really have the courage to show it off irl, so i figured I would start posting it here :)

I’ve been doing some world building and minor character drawings for the entire world I got going on called My Illiad Series, and i feel like they are all coming out very well
We just bought a house, and I'm 100 gonna paint shit all over that thing, including a floral mural and a silly paint wall for meme references.
wild to me that there are people who have no desire to paint their walls in fun ways. and i don't just mean "people who choose sad neutral colors on purpose" i mean: why aren't more homeowners out there scribbling on their walls? it's your property, you can paint and color and draw whatever you want to! when did we as a species stop fingerpainting our homes that was a mistake
More symbolism but now through color and perspectiveeeee

Can y’all tell I have a song stuck in my head? I always imagine bright colors crushing in on someone like it’s the weight of the world. I love this song, I love Freddie and Bowie.
