Other issue is I don’t even know what weight I would actually have a properly flat stomach at
I’ve literally been overweight since I was a kid
Just some personal motivation:
Due to the weight I’ve lost so far it’s so much easier for my boyfriend to overpower me when we’re playfighting! I love the fact that I don’t have as much weight to throw around/pin him with 🥺
When you use him getting home early from work as an excuse to go for a long walk together 😊
And burn some calories before Chinese 😫
That’s my plan now he’s back home. Just to only eat when I actually have to because he’s around (should be just one meal a day, dinner). Obviously means I’ll have to eat normally on Saturdays and Sundays because they’re his days off… but I at least that’s only two days a week. I should still lose a decent amount of weight decently fast since I’ll only be eating one meal a day most of the week
Also ate wayyy more of the Chinese takeout than I’d originally planned 😅 at least I haven’t eaten anything else today though… I guess…
Maybe someday (hopefully sooner rather than later) I’ll be able to post pics of my own collar bones rather than a random Pinterest pic
The real challenge tomorrow is gonna be baking the chocolate cake for my boyfriend’s birthday without caving and eating anything 😬
However, he’s starting a new job pretty soon and has to be away from home for training, soooo 👀
The one and only thing I really hate about living with my boyfriend is that I can’t just not eat when he’s around 😫 I’ve done so well all day today but when he gets home from work I’m gonna have to eat something for dinner… I guess I’ll just try and pick something low in calories and pray I still lose
