I'm seriously starting to believe that Davis doesn't want Monty to be totally loved or hated. He sometimes has such pleasant moments as when he takes care of Lunar and Earth, defending them and helping them in every way can. And then he's pointing a gun at FC and Foxy! One can't feel comfortable or uncomfortable for too long with this man, there will always be something that shakes us lmao

I sincerely feel disappointed in many comments have read from the fandom where they refer to Moon leaving Sun aside and preferring to be with Solar. Do these people have siblings in real life? Or perhaps they never noticed the toxic emotional dependence that Sun and Moon had when they lived alone? Yes, children, the relationship between siblings can be nice on some occasions but that does not mean that they should be together all the time and honestly that union was unhealthy more than half of the time they spent together antagonizing their "sibling dynamics". Sun and Moon are brothers but at the same time they are very different, with different tastes and interests, Moon likes science and is excessively curious, Sun likes video games and animals more, in addition to calm and routine; What's wrong with both of you expanding their circle of friendship and familiarity to find people who share more of your tastes? Because just as Moon had Solar, Sun has Earth to share interests with, who, dare I say, is currently closer to Sun than even Moon is. And that doesn't mean that Earth will take away Moon's place in Sun's heart, just as Solar can never replace Sun in Moon's heart. Everyone has their places that they have earned through their actions and lived experiences. Love can reach all your friends and family when you are sure how much you love them. Don't turn these family dynamics into a competition of who loves the other more, please.

Being a female character in literally any media sounds so fucking exhausting, heaven forbid a woman does anything I guess/hj.

On a serious note I don't like the way some of you guys talk about Earth. Plain simple, I just don't. I think some of you are being very harsh on her specifically. One of the very few female characters in a male dominated space and she gets so much shit just for existing and being herself.

This also applies if you were to say "I don't dislike her because she's a woman, I dislike her because of [x thing]."

Guess what, Moon probably did that too. Sun probably did that too. Lunar probably did that too. Eclipse most definitely did that, along with Bloodmoon, etc. All these characters are flawed, dude. They all do things we're not always gonna agree with.

What's wrong with that? Everyone likes every other character. Because she's taking up too much spotlight or something?? She's one of the main fucking characters. Why can't people just fucking like her, why does she have to make room for the already male dominated space. Why can't a female character fucking breathe for a second.

If you think I'm not seeing all the facts or reasonings feel free to share your opinions or thoughts on the matter but I do feel this is something that needs to be pointed out.

Sometimes, I get a bit aggravated when I hear people say things along the lines of "OMG, I can't believe [X character] said this about [insert favorite character]! Why would the writers say that when they are the ones writing the character!?"

Like... yeah, it's the character saying that... not the writers or VAs'. Just because a character says something about a different character doesn't mean that the VA or the writers feel that way. It's just in character.

Like I'm a writer, and when I have an antagonist, yeah, my protagonists are probably gonna talk shit about them. Does that mean I hate said antagonist? No! Honestly, that in actuality it means I love them.

I hate Blood Moon and Eclipse. So much. I hate how the fandom looks over what they did and treats them like children when they’re not children, they’re villains.

Don’t get me wrong, I love villains. I love how they do horrific things for the fun of it and how their whole purpose is to be hated.

So I get a bit frustrated when people online get angry at those who actually treat the two like villains or when people online treat the two like innocent victims.

They’re not innocent. They faced trauma, but so did everyone else in the show. The difference is how they reacted on it—and that difference is what defines them as a villain.

They caused so much pain and headache for the main characters and it bothers me how most of the fandom just looks over that or tries to defend it.
