Mhm other than altering and erasing other memories, nothing much. But there's no limit to what they can erase so it is possible for MC to make you forget how to walk, talk, eat and even breathe. Depending on one's experience and knowledge of the skill the effects can be either temporary or permanent.

V is a mix of the love trope and shock trope, meaning that they are relatively harmless when compared to other yanderes. although not manipulative they can try to control their love interests (in this case MC) actions a little and also act (plus look) more threatning to those around MC, often loosing their cool during certain situations which can surprise anyone.
