"Dina," he calls out, his voice firm yet gentle.

As she turns to face him, he approaches with measured steps, his eyes studying their face closely. "I am Magneto," he begins, his tone carrying the weight of his name. "I've come to speak with you about something of great importance."

He extends a hand, a tentative yet hopeful gesture. "Will you allow me the chance to explain, to show you the truth of who we are?"

Dina felt all warm on the inside as her father spoke of her with pride and love, it felt like finally her effort for staying strong and alive was finally being rewarded more than it already has been. Our lives, hopes and ambitions have been destroyed, our livelihood has been destroyed, we have lost dear friends and many relatives, our house has been completely destroyed, we live in a plastic tent in the middle of an UNRWA school and we suffer from the heat of the sun which causes headaches, migraines, body allergies and many diseases.
