Yes. I know exactly what you mean. Usually if you’re at this point it means you’ve probably been holding onto a lot of stress and other heavy feelings that may have been building up for a while. It’s kind of a restless, uneasiness and yet you’re so overwhelmed that you’re sort of... calm?

It’s okay to acknowledge these feelings and let them run through you while they’re there. This is a crazy time to be alive and sometimes it’s too much to control.
