An alarm went off; an interdementional being strong enough to destroy the world had appeared. But when the Justice League broke into the old haunted building the being was dwelling in, they found a gaggle of preteen girls having a sleepover. The Ghost King flew among them, dressed in the guise of teenage boy.

"What?" The Ghost King--Danny--scoffed, holding his hand out for a middle school girl to paint. "Experiences can be as valuable as gold or blood. This is a good payment for the information they desired."

The next day, the body was back.

The green was gone from its eyes, but the awareness wasn't; it spent about an hour watching people go around outside Danny's apartment, which was new behavior. None of the corpses that shadowed him had shown any interest in garden-variety humans before. Now it sat at the window and watched families come home from school or head to their afternoon shifts.

That went into Danny's notes.

After that hour, it taught itself to flush the toilet repeatedly, rearranged the contents of Danny's half-assed linen closet (again) and then stood hovering over the safe where Danny had stashed the ectoplasm.

"...Okay," said Danny.

The dead body croaked. It was a new sound, but there was no context for it. Danny just kind of...wrote it down and hoped for the best.

The day after, Danny woke up at a very reasonable ten forty eight in the morning to find stray corpses feeding each other spoonfuls of ectoplasm in the kitchen.

At that point he kind of had to throw out the notes on how much each one was dosed with, because what the fuck.

"Really?!" Danny shouted, spooking the bodies into fleeing behind chairs and doors and back into his closet again. The only one that didn't flee was Danny's ringmaster corpse of the hour, of course. "You really couldn't wait??"

It stuck out a withered black tongue out at the mortician, who was, really, the victim in all of this. A victim to his parents' whims and a victim to the dead people who followed him around all the time.

This was how Danny found out that, when it doubt, the corpses could just tear through solid steel if they were motivated enough. The finger-marks were so deep and so embedded that they actually looked more like rough claws in the metal.

Great.

Danny ordered a new locking cage for the fridge on Prime and darted off to work. One of his regulars was on the table, though, so Danny just ended up doing what he would have at home— sewing up a gash in its neck and reattaching dead fingers back onto dead stumps.

On the third day, in which four of Danny's frequent fliers had learned from the first how to flush the toilet (and therefore raise the water bill immensely) Danny got a ring from a dark voice he (almost) recognized.

"Is he here?"

Danny squinted, jerking the phone further under his ear as he whipped up some scrambled eggs. The dead girl leaning over his shoulder leaned a little closer to watch the egg froth up. "Is who here? Who is this?"

"This is Batman. Is— the body requisitioned from your facility currently at your place of residence?"

Danny fully let go of the whisk. It landed haphazardly in the glass bowl he'd been stirring in. "What on Earth is a Batman?" he asked, incredulous.

"I visited your workplace previously."

Oh! "Yeah, the cop's friend. I remember now." Danny pulled the whisk out of the liquid eggs and held it out to the body. The unusually animate cadaver mostly prodded the whisk wires and paid no attention to him. "No one's here but me, though. Not that it's your business...?"

"And there are no non-living bodies currently in your apartment?"

Danny ignored the flushing noise in the other room. "I don't know, dude. They practically live in the walls at this point. Don't come over unless you have a warrant."

The call ended with a click.

His omelette turned out amazing, by the way. In case you were wondering.

On the fourth day, the ectoplasm was gone, because the corpses had apparently all taught each other how to lockpick the container in the fridge.

"Okay, some of that was meant to be my dinner. No more lotion at the funeral home now, okay? Now you all can be ashy forever. I'm so serious," Danny complained to the only visible dead person in the room.

The dead person held up a cracked egg. It was probably a gesture of peace, but now there was egg on his vinyl flooring to deal with. And. It wasn't exactly all that comforting in the end.

On the fifth day, Danny awoke to the sensation of a hand jamming itself through his neck until it punched into the mattress beneath him.

Fuck.

Wonder woman did not know exactly how to act or feel like you saw Captain Marvel sitting there crying from what Dr Fatr said the Ghost King in his arms

Wonder Woman in that moment decided to be the first person the step forward and tried to help her brother and the Strange King the amount of magical electricity coming off of the captain when she touched him was painful

But was even more hurting and terrifying with the angry look and Captain Marvel's eyes like he was going to hurt her for touching things that's when his eyes you soundberg and he got up grabbing Diana's hand

Captain Marvel had always been a happy person from a Wonder woman made childhood but happy in the dark of the situations so it hurt her heart here Caps desperate pleas " Wonder Woman Please Help! The doctors anyone please....he's going he's..... oh Zeus there's so much blood.... Please just help

In that moment as Captain Marvel fully in over himself over daily he was his hands to stop the blood flow she turned around and yelled she was much too loud then she probably needed to be but her brother was in distress and whoever this ghost King is he was important to Captain Marvel

Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman stood by Captain Marvel as the doctors worked on the Ghost King's injuries wait no it's not the Ghost King anymore Captain Marvel told them that his name is Phantom

Captain Marvel also told Batman that they need to put them in a room that wasn't white and that he knew that kind of would have a bad reaction when he woke up and he was surrounded by a doctor's already

So they stood next to an extra room in the watchtower Captain Marvel just stood there with a blank look on his face he was in shock he was scared he was angry you could only tell that though by looking at his eyes but the rest of him seemed so emotionless

Superman that things are going to get worse because notice the fact that Phantom didn't have a heartbeat the Captain Marvel told him that was the ghost thing as Captain Marvel look down his hands covered in bright green blood

Batman couldn't help but notes the similarities to Lazarus pits but as much as Bruce wanted answers he can do that now he watched Captain Marvel mutter over and over again "please be okay please be okay I beg.......Ancient And Gods Above "

I really enjoyed writing this part too I was trying to make it seem like Wonder woman's point of view the first part and then mixed point of view on the second part of it kind of so I hope y'all are ape would understand it and please tell me if there are any spelling mistakes

Everyone in the Justice League knew that Captain Marvel was private about his civilian life. He never revealed himself, even after the past ten years of him being a part of the League even with everyone else already coming clean.

Still, they knew his personality. He was kind, forgiving and generous. He always protected people, was always willing to cover their shifts, and had the best relationship advice. (Even though Solomon was usually guiding him.)

They were used to certain things from their teammate, but finding their teammate tearing apart a government facility, lightning crackling around him and frying people alive.

They followed him in to find him cradling a boy with white hair and pointy ears who was covered in medical scars. They watched helplessly as the boy’s eyes fluttered open.

“Who did this to you?”

They had never heard Captain Marvel’s voice sound so cold. For the first time in their lives, they understood why people were scared of the champion of magic.

There is a story about why she wears a wedding ring and the other one doesn't but I'm going to only say that .

This is the other character I this is her wife she actually is the one that gives mostly all the advice to Sun wukong I haven't given her a name nor the other one but they are married they're happily in love if you're wondering even though she might look like she's the common one she's much more feral she's just good at hiding it. TC DP idea

 I need there to be a Danny Phantom True Crime fic from an outsider POV.  like Vlad died and they're investigating and they end up finding out about his contact with Danny. I'm imagining deaged Ellie and the suspicions around that especially if we also have deaged Dan who is literally a fusion of Vlad and Danny. Every single person they have talked to definitely is like if anyone killed Vlad it'd be Danny but also being like it probably be justified, which brings up so many questions for the police.

 Danny lets these two police officers into his home into a house that's fully funded by vlads money after he's put down Dan and Elle for a nap. Danny is being so dodgy about his whereabouts but also fully not being shy about  thinking that vlad got himself killed by doing something stupid. I also think it'd be very funny if they try and persuade Danny to tell them more by saying that they'll help set him up with some sort of financial compensation or job because his income to them has died but then Danny reveals that he probably gets everything in the will. 

I also think it'd be very funny if Vlad isn't actually fully dead like he ends up getting Resurrected and it gets even weirder. If Danny and Vlad end up talking in front of people they are fully fighting Vlad is being all weird and Danny is actively like I wish you were actually dead. Everything either of them is saying is not helping the idea that Danny actively tried to kill Vlad.

I'm just now imagining if the Justice League has to summon the ghost King for some random reason Batman is really against it and everyone's taking as Batman doesn't like magic

In reality Batman doesn't want to see the person that he hurt when he was Vlad Masters and now Batman AKA Bruce Wayne is left with the guilt and is trying so hard to be a good father and a good vigilante

just imagine Ghost King Danny much older than he used to be it's been 100 years since Vlad passed one and was reincarnated just looking at Batman out of everyone summoned him.

And the first words out of Danny's mouth was "Vlad ?!" it's someone angry but it's also confused and a bit frightened

Just imagine how awkward it is for everyone else thinking that Danny mistake the Batman for someone that he used to know but Batman and Danny just know the truth are incredibly uncomfortable around each other

Imagine Batman turned awkwardly after a while asking Danny about the kids like Danny has some would realize that Batman does nothing like Vlad but it's still freaking weird like this could be angst with future fluff with everyone else who's not in the know thinking it's crack

All I can see is Danny and Batman having an incredibly strange relationship cuz Batman wants to apologize so badly to Danny but Phantom is not accepting because he knows that that was Vlad and not Bruce

I think I’d be really funny, if Bruce was a reincarnated Vlad.

This is going to be based off of a prompt I saw (I will find you) where Bruce suddenly remembered his past life as Vlad.

HOWEVER, my take on that is the de-aged Ellie and Dan because the amount of ANGST and self hate that Bruce will go through thinking his past self was not only a villain, but also that sort of person?

It will eat him alive.

It will eat that man alive every time he goes to sleep and another burst of memories pass underneath his eyelids.

It burns him when he wakes up with the phantom touch of a body underneath his hands, of a boy just as young as Damian and thinner too, struggling to escape a grip of a man whose hold was too possessive, and too cruel.

It feels like acid swishing down his throat when he wakes with the taste of oily words filled with threat and something more whispered over the form of a boy. A young boy whose blue eyes blazed furiously back and yet tried to hide the quiet bursts of fear underneath.

It feels like Bruce cannot scrub the man he had been right out of him, even when his skin blisters red until it bleeds. Vladimir Masters had woken spitting and screaming, burrowed like a cold sore underneath everything that is Bruce.

Bruce hates it.

Hates the monster he had once been and still is — because despite the fact Vlad is now Bruce, living and breathing and existing here in Gotham — Vladimir Masters still exists.

He is out there right now in a little place called Amity Park, pulling weight and blood just to get what he wants.

A man who has used abused for far too long…

Perhaps it was time to see to it, that however and whatever way that Bruce came to be, that it began with Vlad’s unfortunate circumstances back into the Ghost Zone.
