How do I move on from someone?

Journal, write shit down. Think, write more shit down

Sit in your darkness

Pray to your lord

Make a dedicated switch one day, broaden your horizons, stop thinking, stop writing and start doing. Do something outlandish (a different kind of holiday, move abroad, whatever is extreme for you, do that)

Get a different kind of haircut maybe..

Build yourself, physically and mentally.

Keep your heart open. New adventures and new people.

It's all about change.

If all else fails:

Make a sad playlist, take up smoking, go gym and work on an oil rig
