my ways to avoid calories
drinking water not coke:
drinking no sugar energy (i need that shit):
just eating twice a day:
no eating after 6pm:
no sweets(!):
only eating warm food once a day:

i usually don’t make these kind of posts, but around a month and a half ago i was forced into recovery. Before i was only eating less then 500 cals per day so i didn’t need to exercise to much, but now i have to eat like 1500 per day :(
But i have found some tricks to work around this!!
1 : whenever it’s meal time/snack time for me, there’s always my mom or dad there so i can’t just throw the food away, instead i tend to wear baggier clothes or a big hoodie, and i stuff food in the pockets. don’t put to much in one bc it can make it obvious. then after breakfast go to the bathroom and wrap the food up in toilet paper, then throw it away!!
2: if your eating something messier then just being able to shove it into your pockets, get napkins!! put a big bite of food into your mouth, then make it look like your wiping your face off, then get the towel and spit the food into it and wrap it up.
3: a good way to burn more calories is by pacing around or just walking/jogging in place. I like to do this while watching tv show to keep me entertained.
4: just dance!! it’s actually really fun and the music makes it even better, it can burn a lot of calories so i def recommend it!!
5: just moving ALL the time, find ways to move more even it is just cleaning your room or walking up and down your stares over and over.
6: go to the park and swing!! do this for hours it’s fun, and burns a lot of calories!! you can bring your headphones and listen to music while doing this to.
7: cold showers, these burn A LOT of fat and clear your skin to!! they also make your hair softer so it’s really a win. bc its so cold and i’m already very skinny it’s hard to just make it ice cold, so i start out warm/hot and then i work towards making it colder and colder. i highly recommend this!!
8: breathing! did you know you can burn calories by breathing. watch some youtube videos about it bc that’s what helped me get a better understanding but basically there are certain types of breathing that can actually help you lose a lot of weight!!

Omg recently found out that one of my old bullies are ana and was hospitalized and almost died twice I love revenge but at the same time I still wanna be as skinny as her 😓
I see a lot is saying they feel that they are undeserving of food, but for me in the opposite.
I use food to punish myself when I already feel down and worthless.
