Prompt idea free to the public: what if Danny was Dick’s dad. As in Danny met John and Mary Grayson and they had a whirlwind romance/love affair and it resulted in Dick being born. (Given Danny’s ghostliness maybe Dick just has three parents.)

Whatever the case Danny ends up gone, dealers choice but I’d go with either Ghost King reasons or for extra angst Danny is injured and forced to retreat to the ghost zone.

Danny returns to the living realm when Dick is [insert age of choice here] to learn of Mary and John’s passing and sets off to find Dick.

Meanwhile Dick is developing some strange new abilities after a recent near death experience… weird since he doesn’t have the meta gene…

stop putting touchscreens in cars and get to the features people actually want: oscillating vent fans, visors that move automatically to block the sun, and the ability to fire red koopa shells at people who change lanes without using their turn signal
