i apologize for the two days of radio silence, i was dealing with some important issues. i won't go into much detail but my physical health is going monkeys... and not in the good way. thankfully, my spirit is not so easy to break! :^)

vacation notice!

monday 12th, tuesday 13th and wednesday 14th school is closed for carnival celebrations.

plans for today:

tuesday 13th:

❌ wake up early

✅ finish my notes about vectors, complete some exercises

☐ finish my re-elaborations of the electronics notes given by the teacher

✅ move my body a little bit (20/30 min of pilates or going for a bike ride)

☐ finish my history powerpoint presentation

☐ upload some items to sell on vinted

☐ read at least one hour of "what is mathematics?" by ian stewart and richard courant

i'll use the bottom space of my posts to talk a bit about me and my life. there isn't much to know, i'm just... me.

as i said i'm currently trying to deal with my very poor physical health. i've gotten sick twice in less than a month. i know i lack vitamin d the most... do you guys have any recommendations on what to eat to build up the immune system and not feel as tired as often?

strangely enough, every time i seriously put my mind into doing something and moving my body (exercising) i start getting this annoying headache. does this happen to anyone else? :'( UPDATE: what a bummer, i didn't complete most of the tasks. i shall do better tomorrow.
