It Wild To Me That There Are People Out There Who Aren't Interested In History

maybe the purpose of life is to fill it with as many positive things as you can. regardless of how bad life gets, don’t let it steal your personality, your hobbies, your style. after coming home from a bad day at work maybe you need to sit down and read a nice book. after studying non-stop for so long, maybe you should finish that crochet project you’ve been putting off because you’re so busy. maybe we should prioritize the things we love, the things that make us happy, and not just the things we’re forced to do to survive. in this society, a little peace from the outside world is important. don’t give up on the things that make you happy. don’t forget about yourself.

i feel like girls are constantly pressured into feeling like they have to be good at everything they do/try because otherwise they won’t be taken seriously so please if you’re reading this i want you to know you’re allowed to be absolutely horrible at something but it just makes you happy. you’re allowed to just try things for fun. you can do whatever you want babe and i won’t ever question you!!

language resources on the internet i love you. i cannot believe i can just start learning a language like that. i can lookup any word in seconds. i can find grammar explanations. there are teachers who put out whole videos for me to learn. amazing. i am so lucky.

tickles are so funny. not like literally being tickled but the word itself. i don’t know why but just the word tickle can make me laugh more than actually being tickled, and no one else seems to understand how funny it is. like haha TICKLE. i heard “tickle tuesday” at my last school and I have never let that go BECAUSE IT’S JUST SO FUNNY TO ME and NO ONE GETS IT!!!!! just..the sound of the word…the implications…the threatening aura it holds..yet,,, it’s so silly! that’s the beauty of it!
