I GOT TOO MANY TWITTER FOLLOWERS TO BE FUCKIN 'ROUND WIT THESE BIBLE DRY HUMPERS
Sat down and listened to an album that @delarai recommended me. This is Lupe Fiasco’s Samurai. I really enjoyed this project and the clever lyrics and storytelling in tracks like Mumble Rap, Palace and Bigfoot. The production throughout it is also amazing. The first beginning tracks like Samurai and Cake is like early Lupe but the latter half is more relaxed and almost lofi-esque until it circles back at the end with Til Eternity. Overall, really solid project.
Favorite tracks: Samurai, Mumble Rap, No. 1 Headband, Bigfoot, Cake.
Decided to listen to an album before I try and get some sleep and figured that it’d be best to enjoy fall with some Midwest Emo. Today was Best Buds by Mom Jeans. The best way to describe this album is like going to college to forget about a failed relationship and all the memories that were there but then ending up feeling fear that your new college lover will forget about you. To me, I feel like it was amazing at painting those kinds of pictures with it and found myself somewhat sympathizing with some of the lyrics. Though, there are a few things that I find funny. For example, the lead singer throughout the album sounds like Mordecai from Regular Show and in one song, they use a sample from the show Bob’s burgers. Overall, I loved this album and recommend this album be checked out.
Favorite tracks: Movember, Edward 40hands, *Sobs Quietly*, Poor Boxer Shorts, Remy’s Boyz, Scott Pilgrim vs. My GPA, Vape Nation.

i dont think i ever posted this here but i adore the idea of splicing together bumper stickers
Hello everyone. It's been quite some time since i last posted and I'm truly sorry but i shall try and be a little more active. Anyways, here are some (pretty overdue) albums i had listened to. Enjoy.
Usually I'd give my favorite tracks but I felt burnt out with music in general but I feel refreshed enough to go back to listening to albums. I believe that my first album back will either be Revolutionary Vol. 1 by Immortal Technique or 2014 Forest Hills Drive by J. Cole but I think I'll go with the first choice as one song has me curious from it. Have a good day/night.
I decided to go for a walk about an hour ago at the time of posting while it was still storming out and give Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge another listen and to also clear my head about some shit but that’s not what I’m here to focus on. Overall, I still prefer the black parade over three cheers due to the black parade’s storytelling and the way it plays with different genres for certain songs but maybe it’s just because the storyline of someone dying from cancer hits a soft spot for me. Does this mean I hate three cheers? Not at all. I do like some songs off of it but it might take me a few more front to back listens before I can properly enjoy the storyline and other songs in it.
My walk was a bit hectic since there was a huge thunderstorm going on and a bit of high winds so I’d have to hold my umbrella very steady and fix my hair every 20-30 seconds. Glasses got some rain splashed on them so it slowly got harder to see through them. Though, now I’m just bored and not very tired so if you’re reading this post at anytime and you want to talk or just give an album recommendation, my dms are always open and I’m always down to talk.
Hey, making yet another post about some music I listened to at 2:00 while out on a midnight walk. I’m gonna put a disclaimer for whoever may see this post but I just want to vent a little bit at the bottom of this post and if you’re only interested in the albums then here they are with some of my thoughts on them written underneath.
Earl Sweatshirt and The Alchemist - VOIR DIRE (2023)
An amazing album with vivid wordplay by Earl and The Alchemist's immaculate and beautiful beats to serenade the listener. My only real complaint is that it's only 22 minutes long. I'll give it a 10/10.
CYBEREALITYライフ - Midnight Walk (2013)
I had this album written down in a list for a long time now and i figured it would fit to listen to this during my walk. I never saw when it was released until i checked near the last few tracks. I thought that it was more of a chopped & screwed record near the first half as the beats were slowed down and the vocals were slowed and also pitched down a bit. Also, a majority of the tracks used beats from MF DOOM. Overall for a vaporwave album released in the infancy of the genre, I'll give it a 8/10.

Now, to vent. I've mentioned in some posts that I sometimes go on midnight walks just to clear my mind but sometimes it doesn't feel like it works too well. I never want to use my blog as a place to vent fully and air out my problems and make it other peoples problems or just seem like I'm doing some sort of attention seeking post to stoke the flames of activity on my page. I feel like a fucking loser sometimes cause I either get a nervous stutter sometimes or realize my voice sounds like I'm slurring words together or repeating the same few words. It doesn't help either that putting out applications and getting nothing back is just a bit disheartening. I don't know if these episodes of sad feeling or other awful shit would lessen if I go back to therapy or just fix my sleep schedule. Forgive me for venting publicly like this, whether you're a mutual to me or some random stranger on here who just managed to find this post in some fucked up irony. Either way, I thank you for your time and I wish you a good day/night, good health, and that things get better for whoever may read this. I don’t have any plans or ideations but I’m gonna hop off and probably take a nap.
@foolscliff
thinking about that gambling addict who made the most sophisticated bomb the fbi had come across (at the time) and put it in a casino as revenge and the fbi couldn't disarm it so they had to evacuate the area
