Hi, I was curious, what health issues does human Zim from the swap au have?
I like to keep my Zim’s health conditions kind of nebulous, just like the original Zim’s weaknesses are. however, here’s a few issues that I commonly attach to him:
moderate hearing loss
weak immune system
food allergies
chronic pain
heart problems
breathing problems
.... It's good uh
Everytime I think about the crossover between IZ and Sgt Frog I always think about how wild it'd be for the two entire casts to meet and I absolutely lose it when I think of all the ways Dib could react to seeing Keroro in his Pekoponian suit. Also have you considered the idea of swapping them! Zim lives in the Hinata's basement as an alien maid and Keroro's platoon go to school in their way too big to be a child human suits but only Dib thinks its weird.
