Visualizing without Visuals - low visualization/aphantasia energy work

You’re already aware that you can’t visualize things in your head. Either that or it’s very hard for you. I feel you. I’m right there with you. Because of this I’ve been unable to understand energy work for the longest time. So I thought I’d try to go into some other ways we “imagine” things in our minds eye if we have no concept of visuals in our heads. These are just ideas to get you started and to hopefully come up with some methods of imagining that work for you. ✋Touch: Think about what your energy work feels like. Does it flow? Drip? Does it feel like smoke or liquid or a solid? Does your energy feel hot or cool? Or is it warm and fuzzy? Does it feel like floating in the ocean with the cold waves around you and the hot sun beating down on your skin? What about a waterfall, icey cold and beating down upon your head and shoulders? How about a warm fuzzy blanket, wrapped around your whole body so you’re nice and comfy?

👃Smell: Do you remember smells really well? If so, think about what your energy work could smell like, and how that scent moves. Does it smell like mint or sage or peppermint? Or maybe rose or lavender? Does it smell like falling rainwater or the beach? A forest perhaps? Or maybe it just smells like your old grandpap. Does the scent waft across your being or does it hang in the air like a permanent, but welcome stench? 👂Hear: Does your energy have a sound? Could it sound like the warm crackling of a fireplace? Rain beating down and hitting the leaves of a tree before dripping onto the earth? Maybe your energy sounds like an earthquake or a blizzard. Maybe it sounds like quiet laughter after hearing your favorite joke. Does the sound pass over you in waves, is it quiet and soft, or is it loud and booming? 👄Taste: What, if anything, could your energy taste like? Salty like the ocean? Minty and fresh? Maybe it tastes like your favorite meal, maybe oatmeal or meatloaf or apple pie. Is the taste bitter? Sweet? Pungent? Does it have an aftertaste? Is it spicy or is it mild? Does it linger in your mouth through your body or does the taste pass through easily? 🙏 Hopefully this helps give you any ideas, I’m always open for input! 🙏

Alright so first, your abilities in witchcraft do not determine you to be more or less worthy to work with, worship, and learn from Demons. All you need to start is respect for them, and a desire to learn from them. It is true that certain demons may not want to interact with you until you have developed your abilities more, and some may hold off on working with you until you have learned how to worship with devotion and respect. Some demons that have been said to be good for beginners include Stolas, Azazel, Lucifer, Satan, and Dantallion. That said, I would suggest perhaps purchasing some reading material written by S. Connoly. You can find her work by searching her name online. A good beginners guide is The Complete Book of Demonolatry, which discusses how demons came to be known as demons, how to connect with demons, making offerings, doing rituals, and a lot more. You may be able to find a PDF if you look hard enough. I also happen to have a PDF of her book on the Goetic demons that I can send to you if you’d like to message me.

Just remember that the most important part of making a connection with any deity is to be respectful.

As for the Pendulum reading:

Seere has not been reaching out to you, but he would be comfortable with forming a relationship with you and working with you. He is associated with Cedar incense, the element Air, and Willow trees. Bune would eventually like to work with you and believes that it would be benefiical, but he wants you to first learn about demonolatry and to learn about your own gifts in witchcraft before making that connection. He wants you to know yourself and to have a degree of confidence in your interactions, essentially.

Satan has stated that he does in fact want you to contact and worship him. He feels that he can offer you a secure spiritual home, in a sense, and that you could learn a lot through him. In my experience, Satan will give you the empowerment you’ve been seeking. He will guide you with love and care, but not to the point of causing your growth to stagnate. He is associated with the Sun, and good offerings may include insence such as Frankincense, Oud, Patchouli, and Sandalwood, hot tea of a flavor you might associate with him, and burning a black candle. Also, pray ot him. Whenever you please and for any reason with respect. Talking to him will help build your connection with him. Lilith certainly does seek to interact with you. She feels that she can help liberate aspects of yourself that you have been closed off to. Things that you might be denying yourself that could help you feel a greater sense of freedom and love and confidence for yourself. I haven’t personally interacted with her, but she seems to be commonly associated with Jasmine, Dragon’s Blood, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Lotus, Rose, Mugwort, and Chocolate. A good offering might include a chocolatey food on an offering plate, homemade would be escpecially personal, burning rose insence, and perhaps a handwritten note stating your desire to interact with and learn from her. Although it seems as though there’s a demon you may not have considered who wants to interact. Amy, AKA Avnas, is very keen on interacting with you. I couldn’t derive a reason, as it was stated that it’s a personal matter related to you. I would frankly suggest reaching out to Amy as soon as you’re able. In addition to this, I feel as though Dantalion would work quite well with you, and many other beginners. An offering I did this morning for him was carving “Ave Dantalon” into a candle, stating outloud that it was an offering and that I am grateful for His presence, and lighting it.
