It amazes me how in such a short time Miss J has made a perfect replica of Nice (who was a ballet dancer) out of the office worker with terrible posture and zero flexibility.

Lin Ling's lower back probably gave up during the first training session and he was lying on the floor in pain under Miss J's judgemental gaze.

This is the first time I'm going serious, but I feel like I need to do this.
