Yes! Or what if they had the earrings and the necklace? And maybe the necklace lights up whenever they think of one another. So if they are feeling particularly lonely or miss one another terribly, they could hold the necklace and watch for it to light up.

Maybe the earrings are enchanted so that they always face the direction of where the other is. So like if Regulus is to the north of Sirius, the earrings will dangle in that direction.

Regulus always wears a necklace underneath his shirts that was gifted to him by Sirius when they were kids and he fiddles with the chain whenever he's anxious

wait cause I have a similar hc but sirius got him earrings of their constellations right earring is sirius' and the left is regs. Their stars would be a diamond in my mind, I hope this makes sense lol

The marauders is such magic. A Shakespearean tragedy. The general headcannons and writings of the fandom paints an incredibly virus and painful and complex image of life. I never thought friendship could be magical (not even my little pony convinced me, lol) until I joined the fandom

It’s just MAGIC, sure we’re all usually talking about the fun ships and the wonderful artists and writers and fics but at the heart it’s just magic that defies reality.

The marauders made me less scared to die, young or old. The marauders remind me that people really can get along so well they’re like family
