Take an orange, cut it in half (unless you think your claws can tear into it or you don't mind the taste of the peel), take it in the shower with you so you can make a mess and just tear into that shit like it's meat! Would probably also work with mangoes, peaches, any soft fleshy fruit but I find oranges are nice because they're big and the juice gets everywhere.
