Train Chaser

A being discovered after travel through unstable areas by train became popular. It chases down anything on rails using its tendrils to grab and anchor itself to the backmost train car. Cutting it off with its jaws and replacing it, luring people to an untimely demise. If this doesn't work, it will simply tear the locomotive apart car by car until nothing remains.

Doors that weren't there before

A room in a building that'd been abandoned ages ago. Surrounded by the junkyard it belongs to. One day someone entered the empty halls only to find something that wasn't there the last time they checked.
