y'all, I have a request: throw me some music—preferably music with no words, since that makes it stronger.

for context, I use music to create characters, stories, and events. lately, I've pretty much run out of ideas, and music.

so if you have any music you'd recommend, I'd be happy to try it out.

Another day, another breach. These monsters keep on coming, no matter how hard we try to push back.

"We can't hold them back for much longer! Letis 1 is down, and letis 2 is dead, we need backup!"

Letis, a group of the best ranking overseers in the [REDACTED]. And already their best 2 are out for the count.

Being a [REDACTED] overseer is challenging. You can get stabbed in the back, swallowed alive, brutalized, mauled, crushed, snapped, grinded, rent apart, all by creatures from the darkest depths of your imagination.

"Griat 7 is down! I repeat: all of Griat 7 is down!"

Griat 7: a team that specializes in monster suppression and capture. But as for something of this scale, I can understand why they were taken down so fast.

"Listen, we need reinforcements now! We can't fend off all of these abominations off for much longer!"

[ sylo ] okay, so, I've been told that I'll have to share some shit about my multiverse, so expect something to show up about it. I just need to figure out when I'll have something ready...

lumine doesn't move, but I can tell she's listening.

"I've only ever seen you sitting here. you never seem to go anywhere or do anything. why is that?"

lumine slightly glances over at me. "because I'm waiting."

a confused look slowly creeps across my face. "waiting for what?"

lumine goes back to looking out at the horizon. "not for what."

"y'know," I say, "you can wait while doing other things."

lumine shakes her head. "if I go, I'll be known."

"people already know you exist" I say, throwing up my hands in exasperation. "travelling and actually having fun every once in a while isn't gonna be the end of the syloverse."

lumine turns her head to look at me; something she rarely does. "you don't know how important my role is. I wait here until my time is right."

I let out a long sigh. "fine, fine. if you wanna be so boring as to never step foot off your damn balcony, I'll leave ya to it. but be careful... I might just push you off one day."

lumine chuckles slightly before looking back to the horizon. "once my role has has been played, I'd love to travel with you."

I turn to walk out the door. "yeah yeah. keep on waiting, you raging water."

"see you then, bluejay."

finally finished writing basic story/backstory of ara (from one of the SS clubs) sans a few details and stuff.

[ ??? ] the calm before the storm... I've always been fond of storms. they're strong, wild, and fleeting. the calm before the storm is soft and quiet, but fleeting all the same.

[ ??? ] will I be as fleeting as those rainy days I admire? or will another carry on my legacy?
