Two of my characters I drew for my father’s birthday!
What are some fun facts you're interested in learning about OCs you come across? For example, I'm always curious about what different characters like to eat!
The sprite from Fish Flash - @madamutzsar‘s fantastic game (which you should all check out on Google Play, and try to beat my top score). Thank you again for participating in my Master's research project! I loved drawing this fish king! And I’m sort of back from a long hiatus - I’ll post some more art soon.
I dyed my hair for the first time! It's purple now (though it looks dark brown when not in direct sunlight)
A sketch of me and @savagegardenaesthetic I’ve been working on
A comic @and-watch-me-wander and I created! Based on a conversation in which I called her Satan. I did the sketch, @and-watch-me-wander did the lineart, and then I coloured. The succubus in the fifth panel ripping off a head is a cameo of my character Thaddeus. They wanted to vacation somewhere warm. The three-mouthed creature in the bottom panels is a cameo of @and-watch-me-wander‘s character Pierre, who is in fact wearing the French flag around his hips. As silly as the joke is, I’m very proud of this! @and-watch-me-wander‘s linework is phenomenal, and I had a good time spitting rainbows at the screen.
Extra:
- The blue demon and the fae on his shoulder have been happily married for the last 7 years. -The dragon’s a gossip and the lizard carries information for her. They’re best friends. -The robed dude never wanted to be here, but the hands made him. Hung out with the wrong crowd. - Huge guy in the back is scared of everything but he looks impressive so he’s allowed to hang with the cool bunch. - The eyesack is a master mathematician. It blinks in binary code. - The head is the family disappointment. He’s saying ‘uncle’ because it wants Thaddeus to stop hurting him, but also because Satan’s his uncle and he’s for some reason expecting help. -Don’t ask about the tentacles.
I drew a samodiva, from Bulgarian mythology, for a collaboration with Rosekettles on Twitter! Samodivas are beautiful fae women, associated with the forest and water. They are sometimes kind, sometimes cruel, and always powerful and filled with knowledge worth listening in to.
A body shape/height comparison chart of our 6 main characters from mine and @savagegardenaesthetic‘s upcoming fantasy series! We collaborated on this one - he coloured the boys :D
